The Villages is waiting for you at this awesome 2 bedroom and converted 3rd bedroom into an office. This stylish Begonia III model sits right on the par four #9 hole of Tarpon Boil Golf Course. Not only is it right on the golf course, but you have an expansive water view of the huge pond on #9 and you can see the approach shot to the green and squint to watch them putt! The uniqueness of the lanai is that the house is positioned facing North-Northwest. That means your lanai is not heated to the boiling point in the afternoons. It’s the perfect site in my opinion. Beautiful cabinetry in the kitchen along with granite countertops and upgraded appliances. Right at 2,000 square feet, of living space, the kitchen, dining area, and the living room are an open plan. Plantation shutters and crown molding throughout the home adds to her elegance. Paint is in excellent condition. There are columns in the dining and living room. Then add the trey ceiling in the primary bedroom with ensuite roman walk-in shower, dual walk-in closets and duplicate sinks. On top of that, covered with plantation shutters, the Master has sliding doors to the lanai. IT IS FULLY AND FINELY FURNISHED including a Yamaha gas golf cart. The double garage along with an additional golf cart garage leaves you with plenty of room for the workshop and your vehicles. Allure Loop is just that, with very little traffic and nestled in the villages of Buttonwood. I live right up the street and can assure you it takes by golf cart approximately 13 minutes to arrive at Sumter Landing (4 miles), 22 minutes to get to Spanish Springs Square (7 miles) and 18 minutes to be in Brownwood (5 miles). You couldn’t be in a more centralized location-that’s important in The Villages. You’ve got 27 holes of golf (Tarpon Boil/Redfish Run/Bonita Pass) within two blocks. Fish-Hawk Rec Center with tennis courts/ pickle ball/bocci/shuffleboard/horseshoes/practice putting green/outdoor pavilion/pool tables along with it’s large pool is also walking distance at two blocks away as is the senior pool and post office. Cane Garden Country Club is about a mile and a half. They’ve got in my opinion the best chicken tenders in The Villages! Of course, there are 10 more "country clubs, each unique design and specialties will delight you. 110+ pools/~800 holes of golf, 3,000+ clubs to participate in...what else could you ask? Free live quality music every night in all three squares from five until nine! Get The Villages app so you know what band is playing and where. Each square has a multitude of restaurants, shops and ice cream parlors! Concerts are constantly scheduled, along with open farmer's market, car shows, and special events. A weekly paper lists the events of the week. With ~50,000 golf carts and golf cart bridges over interstates, The Villages is a real "ride"!

The view from the house is exceptional! The home is beautifully decorated and kept. The neighborhood is very quiet and the property is a great location for golf and getting to the squares.

The photos online did not do this property justice! It is a beautiful property inside and out. We loved sitting on the back screened in porch - what a view!Paul couldn't have been nicer! He made sure we had everything we needed.

Beautiful Home on the Golf Course

We had a wonderful time at this home. The golf course view from the lanai is great — as is the neighborhood. It is in a perfect location, halfway between Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood Paddock, and Paul was very helpful!

I tried to have many goodies/golf cart ready/freshly cleaned home with a fantastic view state as a $175,000 view here in The Villages...Centrally located with so many activities, it's scary!

Great House!

Wow! From the very beginning to the end this was perfect. It felt like home. It started with Paul, our host turning the lights on for us ahead of our arrival since we got in late and him telling us he bought us some goodies. And there was an abundance! Any questions we had, he was quick to answer. The house had a great view of the pond and golf course. The screened in patio was great. It was very tastefully decorated and had nice furniture which made it feel just like home. It was a great place to stay to check out the area. We would highly recommend this rental if you’re looking for one in the area. Thanks for allowing us to rent this beautiful home. If we are ever to be in the area again we definitely would rent this house.

Exactly as described in the write up. This home was absolutely beautiful. Within 2 minutes on a golf cart to 3 executive golf courses and I played 2 of them. Awesome to have access to a golf cart and we never used our car the entire 4 days. We definitely didn’t want to leave. The location was perfect for getting around the villages and gaining access to all the pools, community centers and golf (including putting courses around the villages) was unmatched. Using the villages app to navigate is advised but you can get anywhere you want by cart. Renting this home caused us to start looking at homes in the area. Stay here and you won’t regret it.
