We loved our stay at Red Gables on the lake! The house has all the amenities that you could want in a lake house. This is the second time we stayed at this property and would definitely stay again!

Fantastic place right on the lake. Close to lots of activities, groceries, etc. Very clean and 4 big bedrooms all with attached bathrooms. Would love to stay here again

Beautiful home with wonderful views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Great location too, close to shopping, skiing, and the lake.

Great House, Amenities, and Locale!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay on our Wisp ski trip. They had everything we needed. It was super clean. Communication was great! Would highly recommend.

Red Gables is a beautiful and clean ski home right on the lake. The place was filled with amenities and was so cozy and roomy at the same time. The host was very accommodating and responsive. We had a little issue with the hot tub that she resolved immediately. They also made sure the driveway was plowed and cleared out when needed. The best part is that we didn't have to strip the beds or do anything extra with dirty towels. She took care of it all. I would 100% recommend this home any time of the year!

Our family enjoyed this house so much and it was just as advertised. We had four bedrooms with lots of room for our stuff and the baby's crib. The kitchen was supplied with spices, dishes, pots and pans, two ovens, microwave, coffee maker, espresso machine and some other coffee machine that I don't know what it was by my son in law loved it. There was much space for games, the hot tub was amazing. My kids enjoyed the kayaks. We were close to everything, could walk to Wisp for exercise at the end of the night. Beds were comfortable, showers and tubs were large, and all towels for the bathrooms and hot tub were available. I would stay at this house again with no questions asked. My kids were impressed with the sound system, they could put their music on throughout the house, the deck and by the firepit. I could not find the oars to the kayak, but they delivered them less than an hour after asking about them. We were the first renters for the summer and no one though about them since it was a bit chilly last weekend. Oh, and there was an available dock for our pontoon boat that we rented. If you rent this space, you will be happy.

Wonderful property and stay!!

This is such a beautiful home and the perfect spot for either a ski or lake vacation! It’s a beautiful home. Clean and modern with bathrooms attached to every bedroom. Well decorated and bright. The master bedroom has a beautiful view of the lake. It was so peaceful. The location is very close to the ski resort. We didn’t walk because it is on a narrow street, but less than 1/2 mile from ski resort. We would like to return in the summer for a lake weekend! I would highly recommend this house.

President's Day Weekend Getaway

Super nice house...Clean, fully stocked kitchen with all updated appliances, big rooms with a cozy feel, downstairs game room beautifully done with lots to do, excellent location to the WISP and surrounding areas. Would love to take advantage of this property again during the summer/fall months with a great view and access to deep creek right in their backyard. Bedrooms and bathrooms seem brand new with everything updated. The owners have thought of everything for a lake/ski house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This was thee perfect place for our group. The house alone makes a trio worth it. We could have not left the property and had a great time! Everything you could need, new appliances, high tech entertainment (TVs, speakers, tablets, throughout the house) as well as a security system. The WiFi was strong and the goodie basket was a nice touch. Beds and showers were amazing! We would stay here every time if we could. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Lastly, Desi was wonderful! Answered anything and was very kind! Keep up the great work and thank you for having such an incredible property for people to enjoy Deep Creek!

Wisp Ski Weekend

We had an amazing stay at Red Gables this past weekend. All the comforts of a home in a rental, exceeded our expectations. Property was extremely clean, well curated and the ideal location to access Wisp easily (2 minute drive). The snow/ski room was a great catch all for gear, multi unit gear dryer/heater after a long day on the mountain. The IT system for TVs is a bit complex but we figured it out on main floor (not basement). We had 8 total, 4 adults & 4 kids, ample space and privacy for each family. We look forward to staying here again for our next Deep Creek adventure!
