Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They won’t enter the home but will access the garage with a code. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.

Sleeping arrangements
The cabin sleeps 11 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. A secluded master suite occupies the upper level, featuring a private balcony and ensuite bathroom with sweeping mountain views. Other bedrooms include two king beds, one queen bed, and a bunk room with twin bunks. Each room is designed for comfort, with plush bedding, room-darkening shades, and thoughtful touches for restful nights.

Outdoor living
Step outside to enjoy the mountain air from the spacious patio or balcony. Unwind in the hot tub beneath a canopy of stars or gather around the BBQ grill for an evening meal surrounded by pine-scented air. The backyard offers open grassy space and outdoor furniture, perfect for quiet mornings or shared laughter after a day on the trails. Across the driveway, a converted historic barn has been reimagined as a game room, complete with a foosball table and casual lounge area.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, with space to gather around two dining tables or a breakfast bar. Essentials like cookware, dishes, and coffee are ready when you are, whether you’re making pancakes for breakfast or hosting a cozy dinner indoors. A washer and dryer are conveniently located nearby for longer stays.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious living area with an oversized sectional and a 70” Smart TV, perfect for movie nights after a day of adventure. Stay connected with Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace, or simply curl up with a book in the reading nook framed by large windows and mountain views.

Red Rocks is about 45 minutes away, while Breckenridge and Buena Vista are within a two-hour drive.

Open fires on the property are strictly prohibited by the county due to wildfire risk.

This home is located at a high altitude of 8,800 feet. We recommend that guests take time to acclimate at a lower elevation before arrival to ensure a comfortable stay. We want all of our guests to fully enjoy their time here and feel their best!

Please note that there are two exterior cameras on the property. One is focused on the driveway, and the other is directed towards the hot tub and front door. These cameras are used to monitor snow accumulation and ensure proper maintenance during your stay. Thank you!

While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not fully childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while on the premises.
