We appreciate your kind comments about the cleanliness, spaciousness, comfortable beds, and the amenities such as the golf cart, beach towels, patio, and community pool. I'm sorry to hear there were a few items you felt were lacking. Had you reached out during your stay, we would have been happy to bring over a wine opener and any additional items you needed. We truly want every guest to be as comfortable as possible, and we're always just a message away. For future guests, we do note in our listing that we provide **starter supplies** of paper products and household essentials rather than enough for an entire stay. We also provide a standard check-in time of **4:00 PM**, which is included in the listing and in both the evening and morning messages sent prior to arrival. We ask guests to share their estimated arrival time because, whenever possible, we work to have the home ready early. Rather than sending unnecessary updates throughout the day, our focus is on preparing the property as quickly and thoroughly as possible. In your case, we were happy to have everything ready and sent your door code at **2:47 PM**, more than an hour before the scheduled 4:00 PM check-in time. We sincerely hope these minor concerns didn't overshadow what sounds like an otherwise enjoyable vacation. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and wish you and your family all the best.
