The unobstructed water view is paradise! Serene and peaceful from the moment you enter into the oversized living room with large sectional couch comfortably seating 8, with 85" TV.

The spacious, fully stocked chef’s kitchen is the perfect place to cook up a delicious meal, splurge on an in-home chef dinner, or bring in take out from one the many local area restaurants. Complete with high-end new appliances (yes, a gas range), pots and pans, bakeware, utensils, indoor and outdoor dishes and drinkware, a toaster, a blender, right down to the martini glasses and shaker. We offer a Keurig coffee machine, a drip coffee maker and filters, an electric kettle, serving plates, mixing bowls, cutting boards, commonly used spices, and many other kitchen necessities. This kitchen is the "real deal".

The dining table comfortably seats 6-8 and the kitchen island seats 4. Al-fresco dining, with seating for 6 is found under the Tiki Hut!

This spacious room features a king size bed with a hidden, high quality queen sized Murphy bed, if needed. Both beds feature 800 thread count, 100% cotton linens for a restful sleep. Relax and unwind while watching your favorite shows on the 65-inch TV, or take advantage of the desk and ample closet space for your belongings. Enjoy the added comfort of an extra-large bathroom.

~ The Front King Suite
This lovely bedroom features a king-size bed, adorned with luxurious 800 thread count, 100% cotton linens for a restful sleep. A large dresser and a 65" smart TV. Enjoy the convenience of a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and all its amenities.

~ The Back King Suite
Enjoy the tranquil ambiance of this spacious bedroom located at the back of the house facing the waterway. Step out of this specious bedroom to breathtaking views of the pool
waterway, and putting green. The room features a luxurious king-size bed, high end linens and a large 65" smart TV. This bedroom also features a private bathroom with tub/shower for your enjoyment, privacy and convenience.

From sunrise 'til sundown, you'll have a variety of indoor and outdoor activities to keep the whole family entertained. Lounge by the pool, stargaze on the terrace, foosball, a round of cornhole on the lawn, or gather around the firepit for a cozy evening. Enjoy the relaxing ambiance of the tiki hut while sipping on your favorite drinks. Test your skills on the putting green for a fun and challenging activity. Your vacation forecast: FUN!

We’re thinking of you even before you pack! Save room in your luggage for your personal items and toiletries.
While you’re here we provide pool and bath towels as well as a set of linens and pillows for each bed. Each bathroom has a hair dryer, hand soap, washcloths and hand towels. For your convenience. we also provide starter supplies inclusive of 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, a new sponge, garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, detergent and other "I'm on vacation and don't want to run to the store" items.

All televisions in home are Smart TV's. Apps (Hulu, Netflix, You Tube, etc) are accessible for streaming with your log-in password.

By reserving this vacation rental Guest acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1) We require Guest ID verification, security deposit authorization and short-term agreement w/pool waiver for access to the home. Your reservation will only be confirmed once information listed is received.
2) Bookings within 24 hours of arrival require prep time; this means check in time may be after our standard 4pm check in time.
3) An outdoor security camera and a ring doorbell are present on the exterior of the home. Security cameras are not actively monitored and cameras may not be tampered with.
4) 8 Adults Max ~ This is a "pet free" home ~ Please, no unregistered guests
5) The Pool is heated to 85° October - April.
IMPORTANT: heating speed depends on the outdoor temperature. The heater will only heat the pool, 20° above the air temperature. The heater runs during daytime hours when the pump runs and the control panel is locked, for management use only.
6) Events hosted or Commercial Filming without owner knowledge will result in immediate termination of stay and loss of deposit. Events include but are not limited to Bridal/Wedding Showers or parties, Birthday or Engagement parties, etc. Events are permitted, but REQUIRE PRIOR APPROVAL (if you're not sure, just ask) Any additional fees will be discussed based on the individual request.
