This is a two story home. On the upper level, you will find a beautifully furnished open floor plan with a gorgeous kitchen, dining room, large family room, two bedrooms, and two baths. In the family room, enjoy a large flat-screen TV, cable, DVD player, wireless internet, spacious sectional leather sofa, and a separate cozy sitting area. The new fully-equipped kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Our home is located right on Largo Sound which is part of John Pennekamp State Park. You can swim, fish, snorkel, kayak, canoe, wakeboard, water-ski, go boating, or see an occasional dolphin right from or home's private beach. We have a boat basin available within a short walking distance with a boat ramp and docking facility.
