You’ve just discovered one of the most unique oceanfront properties in the heart of Key Largo. This spacious two‑story villa sits inside an exclusive, gated community with 24‑hour security and offers stunning views of the pristine Florida Keys.

The villa features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2,035 sq. ft. of living space, overlooking both the marina and the Atlantic Ocean. Inside, you’ll find tasteful furnishings, a TV in every room, fast Wi‑Fi, and powerful air conditioning—perfect for cooling off after a warm Florida day.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy an impressive list of amenities, including two heated pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a playground, and a fire pit. The community also boasts a remarkable 3‑acre saltwater lagoon with a sandy beach and a diving board, offering endless opportunities for swimming, sunbathing, and relaxation.

For boaters, a free boat ramp is available on-site. Trailer parking is also free on a first‑come basis. If you plan to bring your own vessel, please note that $300,000 liability insurance is required and must be shown to the security guard upon arrival. Marina slips are not included but if you need a private slip for rent in the Marina contact Dominick 786-803-4423.

Whether you’re looking for peaceful relaxation or outdoor adventure, this villa is the perfect home base. Nearby, you’ll find fishing charters, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, sailing, and a wide variety of unique Keys restaurants and entertainment options. Popular spots like Backyard Key Largo Fisheries, Pilot House, and Dolphins Plus are all within walking distance.

The views from the villa’s windows, balcony, and terrace are truly spectacular. Guests can also take the golf cart or stroll to the end of the jetty to enjoy fishing, relaxing, or watching unforgettable sunrises and sunsets. (Please note: the golf cart may only be used within the community and is not licensed for public roads.

Additional items available for guest use include two bikes with helmets, snorkeling gear, life vests, two kayaks, a Golf Cart and tennis/pickleball equipment. Using these items is at your own risk.

For the past 12 years we have stayed at kawama. This property was one of the nicest ones we have stayed at was super clean exactly like the pictures had everything that you needed anymore. Everything thing from booking to checking in was so as amazing! The host was very efficient with instructions about the property. It was another great vacation at kawama!!!! Would recommend staying here! Hopefully it will be available in our time slot next year! Would definitely stay here again.

Jose’s unit is impeccable. It has a beautiful view of the marina and Atlantic Ocean. We really enjoyed driving out to the jetty for sunset. Very convenient to all restaurants and stores. The unit is really unique.

Our vacation at the villa was exceptional. From the booking and host communication to amenities and location, everything was wonderful. We throughly enjoyed our time here. This condo is well kept and updated. All the bedrooms were very nice and roomy. Views were fabulous. Golf cart was a fun to drive around. Kayaks and bikes in great condition. Highly recommended! Fish markets right down the street made cooking dinner easy. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The location and community are excellent, with great views and easy ocean access, including a small private beach and great amenities. We really appreciated having beach towels, snorkel gear, and beach chairs provided. The host communicated very well throughout the trip, and check-in and check-out were extremely easy. The location is perfect for exploring the Everglades, heading south to Key West, and is relatively close to Miami airport. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay for a Keys vacation.

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay in Villa 14. The unit is larger than most on the property, is updated, clean, has everything you need for a vacation stay, and is ideally located close to the marina, bay, and lagoon. We appreciated the use of the kayaks, bicycles, and golf cart. Enjoyed swimming in the lagoon and ocean, kayaking, fishing, watching the manatees in the marina, and the sunsets from the jetty. Jose is prompt and organized in communicating the check in and check out process. Would definitely recommend and book again!

Nice place and great location.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo is very comfortable. A few more towels etc might be nice…but a great choice!

Great place

This is great place with a great location. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the lower level with the wetbar. Master bedroom/bath and 1 more bedroom and bath on the upper level with the kitchen. Great location in the heart of Key West.

I traveled with my husband and our 8 year old son as well as my senior parents. The size of the villa was great for the 5 of us. The location was perfect for putting in our jet ski that we brought along. My son loved the lagoon area. Overall a nice stay

Excellent Property, Accurate Photos and Responsive Owner - What More Can you Ask For?

We booked with Jose for an extended stay (2 weeks) and were very satisfied. Jose is a good host and takes pride in his place which was clean and in good shape. We will definitely be returning year after year.

Great Condo and Location

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The unit's location was fantastic and we truly enjoyed our time here. The beautiful views were slightly diminished by windows that needed cleaning, and while the beds could have been more comfortable and the dishwasher is due for replacement, these were minor issues in an otherwise great experience. Despite these small drawbacks, we would definitely stay here again.

I'm sorry you had issues with the dishwasher. The dishwasher is less than 3 years old and is under warranty. I'll be sure to look into it.The first floor windows had over-spray from the HOA's pressure cleaning the day prior to your arrival. My apologies!

My wife and I have fallen in love with Key Largo. After a hard work week, we look forward to heading out for a weekend of relaxation, fishing and fun in the sun. The villa has become a home away from home. It has the perfect backdrop of the ocean and that laid back feeling that Key Largo offers. It also has become a perfect opportunity to get the family together to share and enjoy eachothers company from sunrise to sunset. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have!!!

We chose Key Largo as the perfect vacation location with its casual atmosphere and just an hour's drive south of Miami. There is a vast array of activites to adhere to all types of vacationers. Including but not limited, Fishing/Boating, Snorkeling, Shopping, Watersports, and various unique cuisine's for any palate.

It is a exclusive gated community, with many amenities available. There are two pools, a salt-water lagoon, a marina and a private beach area with barbecue's, a kids playground and a tennis court. Walking out to the jetty around sunset is a spectacular view and one of our favorite past times while sipping our favorite glass of wine.
The Villa rental does not include docking in the Marina. Rentals if available are based on the size of your boat and days. Use of the ramp and Boat yard is free if renting my unit.
