Licensed/Legal Waterfront Villa, You have just discovered one of the most unique properties in the heart of Key Largo. This Ocean Front Key Largo Villa is located on MM 100 in a secure exclusive gated community with 24 hr security.

Your whole family will love the breathtaking view from this spacious and luxurious Villa. This two-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bath 2035 sq ft. Villa overlooks the Marina and the Atlantic Ocean! Inside you’ll find tasteful furnishings throughout with TV in each room, fast WIFI and the COLDEST A/C to cool down after a hot Florida day.

Outdoors you’ll enjoy the many amenities offered at the Yacht Club including two heated swimming pools, tennis, pickle-ball, playground, private beach, Oceanside fire pit area, a unique salt water lagoon with a small sandy beach and a diving board, an oceanfront gazebo with a good fishing spot at the end of the Jetty.
A boat ramp is available to launch your watercraft. If you plan to bring your private vessel you will need to have $300,000 Liability Insurance and show proof upon entrance to the security guard.

The Boat ramp is free of charge and trailer parking is free on a first come basis.

It is the perfect Villa for relaxation or for the adventurous at heart in the Florida Keys. If fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking or sailing sound exciting check out all the available rentals fishing charters business located just minutes from the Villa or experience the buzzing fine unique Keys restaurants and district entertainment.
Plenty of great restaurants in the area including Backyard Key Largo Fisheries and Pilot House within walking distance. Come swim with the Dolphins at Dolphins Plus which is also walking distance from my Villa.
The view of the Marina and Ocean from the windows, balcony and the outside terrace are fabulous and walking to the end of the jetty for relaxing, fishing, and viewing the Sunrise/Sunset is spectacular.

We have a Golf Cart to be used only inside the community. It is not licensed for public roads. Also, there are two bikes with helmets, snorkeling gear, life vests, and two Kayaks. Please be advised that the use of any of the items listed above are at your own risk.

Also Tennis rackets and Pickle Ball Paddles and balls are available.

Everything we wanted

Everything we wanted…And more. So many things to do at this location and the owner supplied everything needed - tennis/pickleball rackets, fins& masks, beach towels, bikes with helmets, kayaks with life jackets, fishing poles, styrofoam cooler, board games. Even provided laundry detergent for the week. Location is wonderful including salt water lagoon that was so unique. The home layout was perfect for our 3 couple family with parents downstairs and kids upstairs. Plenty of room and great views. Quick response. Would highly recommend!

Great Condo and Location

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The unit's location was fantastic and we truly enjoyed our time here. The beautiful views were slightly diminished by windows that needed cleaning, and while the beds could have been more comfortable and the dishwasher is due for replacement, these were minor issues in an otherwise great experience. Despite these small drawbacks, we would definitely stay here again.

Great Place to Stay

We totally enjoyed out stay. We were in Key Largo for a wedding and had 3 couples. The bedroom set up was perfect for the 6 of us, and we loved that we each had our own bathroom. The villa was clean, the location is perfect, and it has a pretty view of the marina from the upstairs balcony and downstairs patio. We also had use of the golf cart which was great!!! The only thing that needs improved on are the sheets...we felt they were a little dingy and probably need to be replaced. Still giving it a 5 star rating though.

Perfect location

I traveled with my husband and our 8 year old son as well as my senior parents. The size of the villa was great for the 5 of us. The location was perfect for putting in our jet ski that we brought along. My son loved the lagoon area. Overall a nice stay

Great location and amenities. We had trouble with the door from the garage into house. Make it difficult to do laundry and leave the unit in the rain. Need better explanation of details of house and better equipped kitchen. Fun toys to use.

Clean, Convenient and Comfortable

The Villa was super clean, updated and everything worked perfectly. The AC, TV, appliances, bathrooms, shower pressure, mattress comfort; couldn’t ask for anything more. Communication with the owner was seamless. Great property!

This was our second time year staying and was just as good as the first. Really great for the kids. The updated kitchen is a nice improvement.

Perfect

Three couples spent a few days here. The property fit our needs perfectly. It was quiet and spacious. The view of the water from the two patios was a bonus. It is close to so much to do in Key Largo. We would stay here again. We did not use the kitchen for cooking, but it was well equipped.

Everything we had hoped for!

This was a last minute booking for us and I can’t believe it turned out so well. We had 4 adults and 3 teenagers. There were so many little touches that made our stay above expectations. As stated in other reviews it is a very well stocked condo and great location for all the fun the Keys has to offer. Loved the golf cart, pickelball, sea life in the marina and beautiful sunrise on the jetti. Would definitely stay again!

Key Largo Escape

I live in FL and yes, friends always want to come visit. This time we decided a dose of the Keys is what friends from Utah and NC needed re: a little sunshine to warm their bodies, hearts and minds. Property was exactly like the pictures. Clean, comfortable and the "toys" at the condo were perfect...met all our needs re: golf cart, kayaks, bikes, etc. Jose was an effective communicator and we had no wants what so ever. Key Largo Paradise

Excellent location in the heart of Key Largo. The villa is spotless, clean and comfortable. All amenities are available with the villa. Well supplied kitchen. Comfortable beds. Outdoor toys, kayaks, bicycles, tennis rackets, pickleball paddles, snorkeling gear, etc. We especially loved the boat launch and marina. There is a separate area to store your trailered boat. We brought our 18’ boat on a single axle trailer and used it every day 🌞. We hope to return to the villa and the Kawana community in the near future. Jose was a wonderful host, very responsive to any questions. Easy to communicate with him.

My family of 7 (husband, kids, and granddaughter) had the best time celebrating my 50th birthday for a week at this beautiful clean home. It was the perfect amount of fun and relaxing all while being spacious enough that we could spread out or all spend time together in the same area! Thank you!!!! Short stay - but perfect fit

This condo is the perfect mix of peaceful, out of the way tranquility - mixed with right in the middle of it all convenience/activity. Just a perfect fit for making the most of a visit to the keys. Jose has this place setup so nicely, cannot think of anything that came up short. We will stay here again without a moments hesitation!

Great Family Vacation!

Our family traveled to Key Largo for scuba diving. The location of the condo was ideal! There were 6 of us (2 parents and 4 kids ranging in age from 16-22) and the space was perfect. The towels and linens were very good quality and the bedds were comfrotable. We cooked meals every night and found the kitchen to have what we needed. It was great to be able to pick up fresh fish from the market just down the street. It would be nice if there were a few more plates and bowls so we didn't need to do all the dishes between lunch and dinner, but we made it work. The dining table was perfect for family meals and game nights. We all enjoyed the pool, the salt water lagoon, and playing tennis. A couple of the rackets are not in great shape (grip missing, creacked head), but we are not serious players and we still had fun. Jose was very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect boat friendly stay

We brought our boat down to enjoy the Keys with us. We loved the fact that the marina was right out the door, so the boat was accessible quickly. The view was great. The community was nice. The neighbors were so friendly. Overall a great weekend getaway spot. We had a blast! Can’t wait to come back.

Loved the Sunrise View

We had a very good trip. Enjoyed the sunrise from the porch each morning. We were rising early for scuba diving. The owner was prompt with answering our many questions. There were six of us and we cooked a few meals in and it was nice to all sit together at the large kitchen table. Great central location in Key Largo. Using the golf cart was a fun perk. Only minor complaint, we slept in the downstairs bedroom and I would have preferred a dresser of some sort to put clothes away instead of the extra bed and crib.

Perfect location, great view, tons to do

We loved the location and the amount of activities and restaurants in very close proximity to this home. The spiral stairs are a bit tricky to navigate with heavy bags, but its great that there are two living spaces for hanging out. The bathrooms have recently been redone and are all very nice. The unit is equipped with all you need to enjoy the community's ammenities (golf cart, kayaks, snorkles/fins/mask, tennis racquets and balls.) I wish we could have stayed longer! The owners were very responsive to questions and concerns.

My wife and I have fallen in love with Key Largo. After a hard work week, we look forward to heading out for a weekend of relaxation, fishing and fun in the sun. The villa has become a home away from home. It has the perfect backdrop of the ocean and that laid back feeling that Key Largo offers. It also has become a perfect opportunity to get the family together to share and enjoy eachothers company from sunrise to sunset. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have!!!

We chose Key Largo as the perfect vacation location with its casual atmosphere and just an hour's drive south of Miami. There is a vast array of activites to adhere to all types of vacationers. Including but not limited, Fishing/Boating, Snorkeling, Shopping, Watersports, and various unique cuisine's for any palate.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

It is a exclusive gated community, with many amenities available. There are two pools, a salt-water lagoon, a marina and a private beach area with barbecue's, a kids playground and a tennis court. Walking out to the jetty around sunset is a spectacular view and one of our favorite past times while sipping our favorite glass of wine.
The Villa rental does not include docking in the Marina. Rentals if available are based on the size of your boat and days. Use of the ramp and Boat yard is free if renting my unit.
