This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom town home is located on the Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage in a gated community with security 24/7.

Our home is very spacious, approximately 2600 square feet, with large floor to ceiling windows throughout the entire condo allowing the sun and beauty to peek in. The patio spans the length of the town home and overlooks a large lake which backs up to the #1 fairway on the Pete Dye course, home of the Women's PGA Kraft Nabisco Championship. The view is spectacular. It is very quiet and peaceful. You are surrounded by grapefruit, lemon and orange trees. There are plenty of eating areas on the deck including a fire pit. There are two pools with detached hot tubs just steps away.

The large master bedroom has a king size bed. It is attached to a bathroom with his and her vanities separated by huge mirrors on both sides and a separate tub and shower. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed and it's own bathroom with a shower and a tub. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds and sits right next to the guest bathroom which also has a shower. All the bathrooms have skylights and are very bright and cheery. There is tons of closet space in all three bedrooms. Each room is equipped with a flat screen TV and DVR player. The living room has a 75" flat screen TV which is spectacular. TV shows can be recorded in every room, and there are many free movies to watch. The condo has wireless internet and telephone service, including free calls to Canada and Puerto Rico. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials including pots and pans, tuperware, microwave, coffee maker, cuissanart, blender, and every thing you need for entertaining. There is a washer and dryer, bar and plenty of living space. There is a detached 2 car garage and convenient parking spaces for guests. There is a golf cart that guests will have access to for their enjoyment if they sign a waiver. There are also his and her bikes stored in the garage to use at your convenience to tour the grounds. The website indicates no cancellation policy. The cancellation policy is as follows: Guests will receive a 50% refund of deposits made if cancellation occurs prior to 30 days of arrival. If the cancellation happens within the 30 days of arrival, there is no refund available (unless the property can be rented for the proposed dates). Security deposit and cleaning fee will be refunded at any time of cancellation.
