The property was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. It was conveniently close to the beaches, shopping centers, and plenty of dining options. My only wish is that it had better soundproofing. The older-style windows don’t do much to block outside noise. Other than that, everything was great, and I really enjoyed my stay.

Omg I will for sure stay here again. Its in a great location, includes a parking spot and is close to a lot of things. We had an issue with the AC and the host was super responsive and it was fixed within the day! The instructions are super detailed (which I love) and the place was perfect for our trip!

We loved that the beds were very comfortable and each room had an air conditioner! The kitchen had everything that we needed. We very much appreciated that the building was very secure and located close to everything. My whole family frequented the food trucks that were just one block away! Aloha Nui Loa

Very clean, well organized and close proximity to many beaches and other attractions. Plus the underground, secured parking spot included is a major bonus. A/C worked well and within walking distance to the beach and other areas.

The place was as pictured, but had issues with checkin. Would have been nice it there was a picture of the fob for the entrance and parking garage with arrows showing which buttons to click to access the garage and how to access the building and the unit. I wasn’t able to reach the owner when I had the issues. Finally after 15-30 minutes the owner responded and we were able to get into the unit. After that, the rest of our stay was enjoyable. Nice views. The unit was spacious and clean and the ACs kept us cool. A big plus was the parking was onsite. But the comfortable beds were too high for someone under 5 ft with disability. Fortunately, the sofa was low, so that person slept on the sofa. The kitchen was will stocked and there was coffee and tea available for those who wanted it.

The beds were too high to get into for my 87 year old mom but she slept on pull out couch which was very comfortable. We loved the free parking.

Close to beach, restaurants and stores

This is a great secure location next to everything you need. You will need one of the two fobs to get in and out of the building and elevators. If there are many in your group heading different directions strategy is a must. But the payoff for security is worth it. Communication was fast and easy and we did enjoy our stay. If I was needing a place to stay in downtown Waikik I would stay here again.

Great deal as parking is included. Beware of loud folks next bldg using the pool and vehicles passing by as if they’re racing, the windows are jalousie. The unit is nice and clean but the way to the lower level parking is where the garbage room is. We had to cover our mouths and hold our breath 3x because the garbage door was open.

We stayed here for 10 nights. Overall, the property was located at a convenient location with close proximity to food trucks and the beach. The property was clean. However the building and elevator are really old and one of the elevators was mostly broken throughout our stay (we even got stuck in it once). The area is also pretty noisy and the windows don’t block any sounds. Our little kids got up every night because of street noise. The basement parking can be a bit tight for big cars but it was still convenient to have free parking onsite. The kitchen doesn’t have a dishwasher and everything you use needs to be hand washed.

6/10 Aceptable

This is 3 star accommodations with a 5 star price tag (I checked 5 star resorts right on the beach for the same price per night as this place but choose this for the kitchen) . Its so very overpriced. The amenities were very limited and the building is all but falling apart. You are on the 10th floor with very old elevators. Its right next to a 7 eleven where homelessness is rampant. There are many places within a block that offer adult only activities ( illegally but obvious) not nIce if you are on a family trip. Their pots and pans were in bad need of being replaced. They rely on the previous guests to clean the dishes so dont be surprised if the dishes aren't very clean becuase the guests before us did a bad job. The pool and its surrounding arent even worth using: too small and very motel 6 like. You're right on a main street to get to Waikiki so its very loud all night long. Their windows arent windows at all but instead frosted glass lapped over eachother (also in need of repair) so there is ZERO sound protection. But they do provide 3 loud air conditioning units to dull out the sound (not sure when those got cleaned last as we had to empty the water out of them so they would work...GROSS). Getting into the unit is like an escape room (codes and buttons and gates and dark hallways) I will choose other accommodations next time we visit this area. Buyer beware

Aloha Shawn I appreciate your review however I don’t advertise that I have a resort just a family apartment that can sleep up to six people which is rare and Waikiki as it comes with free parking. I did not hear from you throughout your stay so I assumed everything was great. I did hear from you when you first checked in and I actually had a brief interaction with you in the parking lot based on your sarcastic response to my message. I had to assume that this review would not be good based on your attitude and this was before you even checked in. It seems that you should have stayed in the five star resort as I said I don’t advertise as a resort. This is just a family apartment that can sleep the whole family with the kitchen. If you had any needs at all, you could’ve reached out to me as my phone number is plastered everywhere. Mahalo

Perfect for value-oriented families. The unit was clean and covered all the basics for families that might opt to cook in for a few meals. Terrific view of the city from the lanai. The standout features for this unit: location, a dedicated parking space, and a VERY responsive and helpful host!We had a weekend event at the Hawaii Convention Center, and it was a brief 7 minute walk from the unit. Lots of walkable restaurants and stores nearby. You are not far from a beach. The Ala Moana mall is just past the convention center, and my teenage kids walked there regularly to shop or eat. For those families that want to drive around town to other beaches or sites around the island, you will appreciate having dedicated parking in a secured garage. Street parking can be hard to come by here. Finally, the host was amazing. We had an issue with the air bed when we first arrived late in the evening, and she responded quickly and was very accommodating to resolve the issue. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
