Amazing stay

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect, the stay was perfect. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to Hawaii. Everything was so nice.

Nice, clean unit, close to lots of shopping, food, and the beach. Had some maintenance issues that should have been taken care of before we arrived, but management addressed them quickly.

Excellent place at the Ilikai

Nice clean spacious unit for four with a lovely view and kitchen. Also service when we asked for help was quick.

Great location and condo

We had a great easy check in and out experience. Only thing I would've liked was access to the gym even if there was an additional fee.

The location was beautiful!! I enjoyed sitting on the balcony when we weren't out and about in the city. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!! A minor suggestion would be to leave some extention cords around for charging electronics, other than that the place was awesome!! Thank you so much 💕

Lovely Comfortable Condo - Heart of Honolulu

This condo is lovely - Spacious and clean. So nice to have two patios and 2 bathrooms. It is convenient to anything in the Honolulu area. Easy walk to the beach and nice amenities at the next door Hilton Hawaiian Village. My only requests: (1) we did not find a toaster as listed, (2) we could not find anything ovenproof, and (3) the master shower connection needs tightening, much water is leaking at the connection point, resulting in a low flow shower. That said, I’d definitely stay here again. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Just what we needed!

Good place to stay

The place is nice and well equipped. The location is good close to Ala Moana Centre and walking distance to the beach. There are 2 balconies with city views. There are washing machines and dryers on the same floor so it was convenient. The only negative - there was a water leak coming from both walls to the entry of the unit and they have to put a blower for about 5 days out of the 7 days that we were there.

Ilikai Hotel City 2 BDR on the 8th Floor

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is the perfect spot for adults who want to be central to a lot of attractions. The location was walking distance from the beach, park, and Ala Moana Shopping Center with a bus stop immediately in front. It is on Ala Moana Blvd so it can be loud at night. The unit was clean, updated, and spacious enough for 4-5 people to enjoy. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was very nice to have beach towels and a few beach equipment.

It worked for us.

This is a no-frills vacation rental, but it met our needs. The location was ideal! Near food and shopping. I never could get management to contact me over our 4-day stay. Luckily, I was able to carry on without a call back. A few simple upgrades would make this place a 4-star rental. Consider investing in nicer window treatments and having the vents cleaned. The AC worked well but there were spots that were really cold and others that were not cool enough.

Reviewer Comments: Was ok, though drinking glasses were dirty, no first aid kit, water kettle was rusty, no dead bolt to main door - just a number code from outside, made us feel insecure. AC filter needed changing as indicated on it! Would expect better maintenance overall. Could have been much better for the steep rental cost

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is very convenient overall. We did have some issues that mostly were dealt with in timely manner. Laundry charges were outrageous, still working on it.Cinnamon’s restaurant was disappointing, hostess very welcoming, waitstaff on 2 different days not pleasant, food meh. Pesca on the top floor was very nice, gorgeous views and food was very good. Overall condo was good however too many things were needing assistance. Richard, maintenance man was very helpful and accommodating.

Ilikai condo for Christmas

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed the week between Christmas and New Years so very busy time in Hawaii. Overall the experience was good. The location of the property is always a "5" since it is close to Waikiki but on the outskirts so traffic is not too bad. It is very close to the beach/lagoon behind Hilton Hawaiian Village. It is walking distance to the Ala Moana Mall. The condo was OK in terms of general condition. There were a few small things that were not working but nothing major. The (3) A/C units are in each room and keep areas cool but they are noisy. The property management company communicates very well and replies to questions/concerns in a timely manner.
