Wow! The home completely exceeded our expectations and was just as beautiful as the photos! The house absolutely immaculate, which was especially important to us.Jessica was a fantastic host, consistently communicative, responsive, and incredibly flexible throughout our stay. I love all the added details and snacks upon arrival ;). We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful coastal home!

This was a great place to stay! Only a short drive to the beach!! Checking in and out was a breeze! The house itself was perfect! One of the things i loved was the beach towels that were supplied and the garage had beach accessories to use!The host was the best, always available if we had any questions!!! The only negative thing was not being able to stay longer!! Definitely give this house 5 stars and recommend it!!!

Beautiful, spotless, well-appointed home in great location for our needs. It was our first time in the area and I appreciated the residential location away from congestion and crowds. It was nice to enjoy coffee and a book on the back patio in the mornings, before starting the day. We were minutes from Johnson and Perdido Beaches, Planet Fitness, 30 minutes from outlet shopping in Foley and 40 minutes from the Pensacola Boardwalk. Jessica (owner) was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Highly recommend this home!

This place is amazing! It was extremely clean and one of the best stocked places we have ever stayed in. Jessica (the host) was very easy to contact. I had a question and she replied within a few minutes. We would definitely stay here again.

First off, the host is awesome to work with; super friendly and great communication. Backyard was great for my dog! It’s a tough spot for the place- I missed it the first time and it’s a busy road. Literally the rest is great and just as listed. I’d stay there again!

Property was exactly as described. Very clean and very well appointed. Communication exceeded expectations and the location is close to the beaches we were interested in. There was a minor issue with the washing machine and the host worked to correct/address immediately. Would recommend to friends and family, but the road is pretty busy day and night. If you are a light sleeper you should bring ear plugs. Nothing that the host can do to resolve this, but only pointing out to future renters to create awareness.

Thanks for staying with us Tracie and I’m glad we met your expectations. As you stated, the home is close to lots of attractions and thus there is traffic. Fortunately, the home is private and we don’t have loud neighbors at night. We also have a white noise machine for anyone that may want to use it.

The house was extremely clean and comfortable. It was decorated nicely and fully equipped with anything we needed. We found it extremely convenient to all the activities we had planned. The host had great communication and we never had any issues. Thanks again!

Everything about this house was perfect for our needs. The yard was more than suitable for our dog. Inside, there's everything you need and more -- a fully stocked kitchen, a comfortable living room, and two complete, roomy bedrooms. Having access to the garage where I could securely store and charge my e-bike was a big plus. Proximity to the beach and surrounding areas made the whole trip a breeze. A big shout out to our hostess and proprietor Jessica for great communication, tips on attractions, help with any issues, and making the whole experience a worthwhile, five-star excursion. Thanks again :)

Perfect beach house for couple and mini dog!

Everything was excellent. All the comforts of home were provided. The host truly thought of everything—- well stocked kitchen and baths and comfortable furniture.

Paradise at Perdido on the Bay

The owner of this property has thought of everything when it comes to amenities for guests traveling in from out of town to have a relaxing beach vacation. The rental is pristine with a beautiful beachy vibe that will instantly make you feel at home. In my book, this rental deserves 10 plus stars.

The house was very clean and well stocked. My family and I commented many times that it was the best stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in. Jessica is such a nice host! She is very easy to get in touch with if you need anything. Everything was readily available for us, so we didn’t need anything, but knowing that our host was reachable gave us a peace of mind. Absolutely would stay here again!

Amazing place to stay

We had a great stay at this property. It was very clean with all the things you need to be comfortable. Jessica even provided a guide for your stay. If you needed anything or anything went wrong, Jessica was very responsive at all hrs of our stay. The place is beautiful and well taken care of. We enjoyed the grill, outdoor fire pit, and the kids and dogs played ball in the fenced in yard. We will definitely be back!

An Absolute Gem – Perfect Anniversary Getaway!If I could give 10 stars, I would!From the moment we booked, the host went above and beyond to make our anniversary feel special. We showed up and there was a welcome basket waiting for us with some treats, such a sweet touch. Honestly, it set the tone for the whole trip.The place itself? Spotless. Like, cleaner than my own house. Beautifully decorated too, and they had everything we could possibly need. The bed was SO comfortable, we slept great every night. The kitchen had all the essentials for our morning coffee, and all those little details made it feel like a home away from home instead of just some rental.Now, the location. Unbeatable. We were just minutes from all our favorite restaurants, which was exactly what we wanted. And the best part? We were still super close to our beloved Orange Beach in Alabama, so we could easily drive over for a beach day. It was the perfect home base for exploring both the Florida and Alabama coasts without feeling like we were out in the middle of nowhere.Whether we were heading out for a romantic dinner, catching the sunset at the beach, or just chilling in the backyard with a glass of wine, everything was just... easy. You can tell the host really takes pride in this place and it shows in every little way. We even asked to extend our stay and they were so accommodating about it.Thank you for helping make our anniversary one we'll never forget!

Book This Home!

We got back a day ago and we miss this house already. Great location if you plan on hitting Florida and Alabama beaches. The communication with the property manager was exceptional and we felt so welcome to stay here. The pictures look just like the property, very clean, very serene. We absolutely loved it and so did our pups. If we plan on traveling to the area again, we will not hesitate to book here again. Thank you for everything!!!

Perfect house for us! Kitchen was a dream and it was super clean! The communication with the host was the best experience I’ve ever had when booking through VRBO. The only critique I have is a minor one…I brought my pillow from home so I cannot speak for myself, but for my husband and sons they wished the pillows were a little more comfortable. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, Home-Away-from-Home!

This open-concept, pristinely clean, and beautifully decorated home could not have been more comfortable or better equipped. Many cute details, every possible need, wonderful beds. Wi-fi was excellent. Public beaches only minutes away. Close proximity to stores and restaurants. This is a heavy-traffic area, and the house is on a main east-west artery, but it wasn't a deal-breaker for us. Garage with turn-around drive made getting in and out easy. The host is super friendly and checked in with us several times. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful beach themed home

We arrived but was given the wrong code. We contacted the number and had trouble with getting the correct code or being contacted again. We made 2 calls and was given a different code. The house was beautiful and clean. The only issue is road noise being on a busy road. The home was well appointed with everything. We did get a call the next day for the code mix up with an apology. Over all wonderful stay.

Highly recommend this property I felt like I was at home. The hostwas extremely helpful. Responded very promptly will highly recommend to anyone that wants to bring their family here. It’s centralized from everything from Gulf Shores, Orange Beach Pensacola. We got to enjoy both the Alabama side and the Florida side.
