If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind, then look no further. This beautifully renovated 1200-square foot East Hill home is conveniently located in the heart of Pensacola. East Hill Coastal Cottage is situated in a family friendly area with lots of parks, restaurants, breweries, grocery stores, and locally owned shops.

Take some time for yourself with this 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom home. This property has onsite amenities: kitchen with full size refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, central air/heat, washer/dryer, pull out queen sleeper sofa, 55 inch Smart Roku TV and 40 inch Smart Roku TV in the master. High speed internet is provided. This property will comfortably accommodate 4 and up to 6 guests when utilizing the sleeper sofa.

This fabulous home has a large fenced backyard with deck, gas BBQ grill, fire pit and a covered front porch with swing. This home is family friendly and great for entertaining! Enjoy all the amenities of this home by having the whole place to yourself.

Guests will enjoy the East Hill Community that is filled with many parks, including Bayview Park, located on Bayou Texar. If you are an outdoor enthusiast, runner or just need to relax, you can enjoy fishing, a dog park, fitness equipment, trails, tennis and kayaking. In twelve minutes you can be at Pensacola Beach, known for having the whitest sand beaches in the world, soaking up the sun and crystal clear water.

Location was very convenient to restaurants, breweries and grocery stores.Short drive to the beach.Couch and air mattress in the house as well as the bunk bed.Kitchen was stocked well and had a washer dryer, although we didn't use either.

Amazing. The house was gorgeous and extremely pet friendly. So much room and I had 3 teenagers and my adult child. The host was sweet and super responsive. The little amenities in the house are great bc she thought of almost everything. Id stay here again and again.

We loved the cottage. The location was conveniently located to so many shops and restaurants. Publix was within walking distance. Overall traffic seemed exceptionally light although we were there 2 weeks before Memorial Day weekend. Reached out to the host once with regards to a general question and received an immediate response. We would definitely consider staying at this location again in the future.

We had a great stay! The place was beautifully decorated and we had everything we needed. The host communicated immediately when we had a question. My dog enjoyed the fenced in yard. The house is very close to the beach and shops and restaurants. We definitely will be staying there in the future.

We really enjoyed our Pensacola getaway. This house was perfect. Very clean with a well equipped kitchen and a comfy bed. It’s a beautiful and charming house. The East Hill neighborhood was so nice to walk the dog, close to the grocery store and a trendy coffee shop. It is a great location with restaurants The Oar House or The Fish House nearby. The beach is amazing, about 10 minutes over the bridge. Historical Pensacola and the Farmers Market was close by and worth checking out.

Nice home in the trendy East Hill district of Pensacola. Ideal for a family of four with huge master bedroom and set of bunk beds for two kids. Well-stocked kitchen, quiet back yard patio as well as covered front deck. Staying out at the beach is not for everyone, and if you want to split the difference and be near the bridges for beach access as well as downtown Pensacola, East Hill is the logical place.

Second time staying here and can't wait to come back. House has everything we needed and was close to all that we wanted to do. Very comfortable stay in a great neighborhood.

This property was fantastic! It was exactly as described. The house is adorable inside and the chefs kitchen was very well equipped and perfect for our needs. The air conditioning works very well and is good for those super hot days which we had every day. It had beach towels so we didn’t need our own. There were a few toys and games for kids. The house is one block from Publix which is super convenient. Also the drive to the beaches was so easy from this location and took us about 12 minutes with minimal traffic. The communication with the host was always quick and they were so kind and helpful. We would go back anytime. You will not be disappointed.
