If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind, then look no further. This beautifully renovated 1200-square foot East Hill home is conveniently located in the heart of Pensacola. East Hill Coastal Cottage is situated in a family friendly area with lots of parks, restaurants, breweries, grocery stores, and locally owned shops.

Take some time for yourself with this 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom home. This property has onsite amenities: kitchen with full size refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, central air/heat, washer/dryer, pull out queen sleeper sofa, 55 inch Smart Roku TV and 40 inch Smart Roku TV in the master. High speed internet is provided. This property will comfortably accommodate 4 and up to 6 guests when utilizing the sleeper sofa.

This fabulous home has a large fenced backyard with deck, gas BBQ grill, fire pit and a covered front porch with swing. This home is family friendly and great for entertaining! Enjoy all the amenities of this home by having the whole place to yourself.

Guests will enjoy the East Hill Community that is filled with many parks, including Bayview Park, located on Bayou Texar. If you are an outdoor enthusiast, runner or just need to relax, you can enjoy fishing, a dog park, fitness equipment, trails, tennis and kayaking. You won't find a more convenient property for whatever you chose to do. In twelve minutes you can be at Pensacola Beach, known for having the whitest sand beaches in the world, soaking up the sun and crystal clear water.

Best vacation ever

This place was wonderful. It was so cozy. Everything we expected and more. Perfect location and right down the street from the grocery store. Can’t wait to rent it again.

Perfect spot

Beautiful little cottage close to everything. Grocery store shops and restaurants in walking distance. There’s also electric bikes all around the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

We were in town for a few days and this place was perfect. Close to the places we were interested in going. Everything was clean and well supplied. I extended our stay and the owner was very accommodating. We have booked another stay for end of May.

Delightful !!

It is a lovely house, beautifully and tastefully adorned, not to forget how cozy the house is. Neighborhood is peaceful and quite filled with friendly neighbors.Property owner was available on the phone immediately, and also was welcoming.

Peaceful and convenient

This is a lovely house in a quiet and friendly and walkable neighborhood. It’s close to Pensacola restaurants and Joe Patti’s fish market. Publix is 2 blocks away. And only a 10 minute drive to the beach. King bed is comfortable. Kitchen and bath are modernized. Several streaming options on the tv. I recommend this property.

Lovely cottage

This is a lovely cottage. Perfectly decorated to be cozy with everything you need. I wanted my visit to Pensacola to be longer just to be in the house! I met many friendly people while walking to the grocery store, to get gelato and to see the bayou. 10/10 recommend!

Great Stay

Home was spotless, quiet and well equipped with everything a guest might need. Grocery store a block away. Great seafood 6 blocks away. Easy access to road to beaches. Enjoyed being in a neighborhood. Yard worked well with our dog. We will be back.

Lovely get-a-way

The property had everything we needed for a great stay. There were the extra touches that made it terrific. There were keurig style and regular drip coffee makers, comfortable beds, easy TV directions, super clean kitchen and charming yard and neighborhood. We run the McGuire's race every year and it was a short walk to all the fun. Also, the clawfoot soaking tub was a bonus.

Return to East Hill

Lovely little cottage in the neighborhood I used to live in. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the location close to everything and ability to have our dog Delilah join us. Lived the automated lighting and we made good use of the kitchen and back deck and yard.

Cozy cottage on the East Hill

It was a comfortable and well-equipped 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house came with more than the usual selection of condiments and cleaning supplies, which was nice. It's just north of Cervantes and a central location for the historic district and downtown sights, easy connections to the beachside, Publix right around the corner Perfect!

Adorable house in perfect location

I came with my son and his friend and our border collie for a quick beach vacation to celebrate their graduation. Such a cute house, super comfy bed and great fenced yard. Location is great, so close to the Publix and lots of food and quick drive to the beaches. Great dog park nearby and the owner checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend for a small family. Bunk beds are great but my son is 6'4" and didnt fit but he was fine.

Trip to Pensacola

We really enjoyed staying at this clean, quaint home in East Hill. It was a great location to visit UWF, Pensacola Beach, the Bay Area and downtown. Our dog was able to join us, and she was calm and peaceful here. There is a fenced in yard which was convenient. It is definitely an older neighborhood but the majority of the houses are maintained well, and we felt completely safe walking our dog late in the evening. The neighbors were friendly and always said hello. Publix is right around the corner for groceries. The host was always quick to respond to any texting/emailing. We will be back!
