If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind, then look no further. This beautifully renovated 1200-square foot East Hill home is conveniently located in the heart of Pensacola. East Hill Coastal Cottage is situated in a family friendly area with lots of parks, restaurants, breweries, grocery stores, and locally owned shops.

Take some time for yourself with this 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom home. This property has onsite amenities: kitchen with full size refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, central air/heat, washer/dryer, pull out queen sleeper sofa, 55 inch Smart Roku TV and 40 inch Smart Roku TV in the master. High speed internet is provided. This property will comfortably accommodate 4 and up to 6 guests when utilizing the sleeper sofa.

This fabulous home has a large fenced backyard with deck, gas BBQ grill, fire pit and a covered front porch with swing. This home is family friendly and great for entertaining! Enjoy all the amenities of this home by having the whole place to yourself.

Guests will enjoy the East Hill Community that is filled with many parks, including Bayview Park, located on Bayou Texar. If you are an outdoor enthusiast, runner or just need to relax, you can enjoy fishing, a dog park, fitness equipment, trails, tennis and kayaking. You won't find a more convenient property for whatever you chose to do. In twelve minutes you can be at Pensacola Beach, known for having the whitest sand beaches in the world, soaking up the sun and crystal clear water.

Nice house and nice location

We enjoyed our stay. The house is super cute on the inside. The check in was so easy. The yard was completely fenced so that even my 5lb little escape artist was unable to escape. The wifi worked great. The neighborhood was quiet. It's located within a few blocks of almost everything. Dog park/dog beach, rental mopeds, Publix, and restaurants. Not far from NAS. Unfortunately I did not get to use the clawfoot tub as I had planned when I first saw it because I forgot. But it was clean and beautiful. One note. The provided shampoos and conditioners have a foil seal on them under the cap. It would be best to open those before getting into the shower. We would love to stay here again when we visit Pcola.

Perfect Jumping off Spot in Pcola

Our family of 5 had such a wonderful stay at this perfectly appointed cottage. The house is spacious with high ceilings and a great living room area. It's walking distance to the grocery store and local gelato and pizza shops. It's also a short drive to the base (we were there to see the Blue Angels) and the beach. Would highly recommend!

Love this neighborhood!

This up and coming neighborhood is the perfect place to stay! Love the close restaurants to walk to. We brought our dogs, and I loved the yard and ease. Cute little home that has great little touches!

Perfect spot

Beautiful little cottage close to everything. Grocery store shops and restaurants in walking distance. There’s also electric bikes all around the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice little house in quiet neighborhood

This little house has been carefully refurbished and decorated as well as supplied with all the basics you need for a nice stay. Nice area for walks if you bring a dog. Easy access to downtown or the beach. We were her for Halloween visiting our 2 year old granddaughter. This is a fantastic neighborhood for trick or treating. Nice neighbors.

Evacuation vacation

We reserved this cute place super last minute due to evacuating for a hurricane. It was perfect! The house is so cute and very clean especially for allowing pets. It's great that it has an enclosed backyard too. The covered front porch with swing was nice to have and sit outside for coffee. We will definitely have to book again for an actual vacation because it's also super close to the beaches. We even found a close park to allow our son to burn off some energy.

So clean, loved the home & location! Great communication, fast internet, had everything we needed for a quick getaway 💙 The only thing I wish had been different was the weather, LOL! But that had nothing to do with this home! Thanks again! Hope to be able to come back and stay at this home!

Cozy cottage on the East Hill

It was a comfortable and well-equipped 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house came with more than the usual selection of condiments and cleaning supplies, which was nice. It's just north of Cervantes and a central location for the historic district and downtown sights, easy connections to the beachside, Publix right around the corner Perfect!

Great Place To Stay

We took a weekend trip with our kids and 1 dog. This house was perfect for us. It was located in a great neighborhood and a very short drive to the beach. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We felt right at home and will definitely stay again.

Trip to Pensacola

We really enjoyed staying at this clean, quaint home in East Hill. It was a great location to visit UWF, Pensacola Beach, the Bay Area and downtown. Our dog was able to join us, and she was calm and peaceful here. There is a fenced in yard which was convenient. It is definitely an older neighborhood but the majority of the houses are maintained well, and we felt completely safe walking our dog late in the evening. The neighbors were friendly and always said hello. Publix is right around the corner for groceries. The host was always quick to respond to any texting/emailing. We will be back!
