Our rare DIRECT OCEAN FRONT Royale Palms condo has it all. The incredible view says it all. It is professionally decorated with spacious living and dining area, a full kitchen, full bath room for each bed room with granite counter top throughout, and a laundry room with full size washer and drier. A private 290 sq. huge balcony runs the length of the unit and has spectacular views of the ocean. If you need a bigger space, our condo can be rented as a 3 bedroom with additional lockout unit.

The stay was nice, and check in with easy. It could be cleaner especially the carpet. Dryer handle broken, but over all stay was good.

Excellent location and view for a conference within hotel. We had a plugged drain at arrival and host was quick to have it repaired. Some things were worn and need updated/replaced, but overall it was a great experience. Everything was functional. We would stay again.

Oceanfront. Nice view. Very large condo. Comfortable beds. Very quiet. 3 elevators. Lots of drawers and extra bed blankets. We rented umbrellas and chairs from the man on the beach but there is a closet in the condo with a cooler and chairs.

We had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach. The property was spacious, well-maintained, and offered spectacular views. Kevin was extremely easy to work with and was very accommodating, including allowing flexibility with our checkout time due to our later flight. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would recommend this property.

We really enjoyed staying there. We found a black bra stuffed between the bed and the bench so we left it on the bureau since we didn’t know if it belonged to the owner or not. The only other potential snafu was no parking pass, but the hotel gave me one since that’s all in the process of transferring over to it.

The view was great! Being on the 3rd floor was nice. Communication with the PM was excellent. He helped us with all our questions. Our disappointment was the condo itself. It is in need of a thorough cleaning and updating of furniture and paint. I’m not sure why Hilton decided that homeowners cannot have access to all their pools but this was a big bummer as we had little kids.

Accommodations were comfortable providing plenty of room, very nice bathrooms with walkin showers, and well furnished kitchen. The ocean view was spectacular and the condo was extreemly quiet.

Absolutely amazing property! The condo was huge, clean, fabulous, was more than we hoped for! We loved how close we were to everything, especially pools, beach, tiki bar, restaurants. Hilton allowed us tonuse their amentities. Was a wonderful time. We will be back. Host was very responsive.

Nice weekend!

Resort is beautiful, we love to stay here! Condo needs updating and deep cleaning compared to others in the same building. Love the oceanfront view and lower floor number.

only complaint is i think the fees for cleaning is way too high especially when they tell us we have to clean up kitchen before we leave or we would be charged for it

Excellent location and wonderful view. Instructions to 4 tv remotes would have been helpful. Unit does have beach chairs snd keurig which aren’t in listing. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful area. Easily accessible..my husband and I have some mobility issues that the elevators being at opposite end of hall was difficult..not enough elevators for property size
