We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with your booking. Due to an oversight by our cleaning crew, the property was not prepared upon your arrival, which is not reflective of our usual high standards. We understand that you also encountered difficulties with the self check-in code. Our team strives to provide clear instructions to ensure a seamless check-in process, and we regret that this was not your experience. Our team also responded swiftly to your technical concerns. Upon learning of these issues, we attempted to offer several solutions to rectify the situation. However, we regret that our efforts to communicate these options were unsuccessful, as you declined to engage in a discussion. Consequently, we issued a full refund and extended our apologies via direct message. Our team is committed to maintaining high standards and addressing issues swiftly. We will use this experience to improve our services and prevent similar occurrences in the future. In our decade of hosting, we’ve rarely encountered such challenging interactions. While we aim for perfection, we acknowledge that missteps can happen and are committed to learning from them to enhance our guests’ experiences.
