This property was perfect for our visit. Everything was just as advertised. The house was clean and well stocked to accommodate our needs. My Great Nieces especially enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. We were close by to all the activities we had planned, and overall, we had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this property for any visit to the North Port, Port Charlotte area.

Great time with family

We had a great time. The house was very clean and well kept. Great location. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. There were many pool toys. We also used the chairs when heading out to the beach.

Nice house, great layout with a beautiful pool and covered eating area outside. Clean but no hot water—lukewarm at best. We thought it was from the dishwasher running but it was only 2 of us for ½ the stay so that wasn’t it. Would have liked a hot shower once in the 5 days. The 4th bedroom does not have a door, only a curtain so being off the kitchen it can be loud, that would have been a deal breaker for us if we knew. Otherwise an average-good property and nice hosts.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the layout, pool, and outdoor dining area, and that you found the home clean and our hosting welcoming. We’re very sorry to hear about the hot water issue and truly appreciate you bringing it to our attention. That’s certainly not the experience we want for our guests, and we’re already looking into resolving it to ensure future stays are more comfortable. Regarding the fourth bedroom, we understand how the lack of a solid door could affect privacy and quiet. We’ve updated our listing description to make this clearer going forward. Thank you again for staying with us and for your honest feedback—it helps us improve. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again under better circumstances.
