My daughter and I had a wonderful stay and it was so close to beach the pool was really nice also. Would definitely stay again if available when we return.

Our family had the best time on our trip! The house was just as described. The amount of “extras” (beach supplies, welcome basket, etc) was fantastic and so helpful. We had everything we needed & check in was a breeze! Quick drive down to Manasota Key Beach but also not too far into downtown. Great stay overall, we’ll be back!

Great stay close to the beach!!

Clean, quiet and comfortable stay for my daughter and I for our Shark Tooth hunting adventure. So much offered with this stay, but we just ate and slept there because the beach was where we wanted to be. Thank you and we would highly recommend!

Just as described, fantastic location

Very clean, nice floor Polak, great amenities. We loved the kayaks, heated pool and floaties, bikes as well as coolers for fishing & the beach, beach chairs, towels….everything we needed. It was a fantastic stay!

“Beautiful time at the villa by the Beach”

Stan & Liz were wonderful hosts to this beautiful property. Everything was spotless when we arrived & the amenities were great. Pool was lovely in the back.

We are a retired couple and this was our third stay at this clean, delightful house which comes completely equipped with all sorts of recreational equipment, kayaks bicycles, whatever as well as a good grill. It is in a quiet neighborhood quite near several nature areas, many nice walks, Manasota Beach and some excellent restaurants. We were in the heated pool most days, too. Liz and Stan are perfect hosts. A good time was had by all .
