A wonderful little stay! The property was clean and the location can’t be beat. We enjoyed our coffee on the rooftop deck which was also really cool.

Apartment was perfect! Spacious , nice furnishings, and great location. Within a few block walk to restaurants, shopping, and bars. Rooftop deck was perfect for a mid afternoon drink with great views. Host was great providing very detailed instructions on apartment location and parking. We arrived at dusk and was a little challenging finding the small street entryway in a car, but after passing it twice we found it. It was exactly how the instructions described it , so advice would be to print out the instructions and study carefully (instead of relying 100% on GPS address). Great stay, will be back!

Very good communication with the property owner prior to and while staying here. This is an excellent unit close to all the downtown activity and beaches. Unit is fully stocked to cook or just relax but we chose to eat out and enjoy the downtown area. Parking is a little odd being on the next block over but was never an issue for us. We were able to park in front of the building to unload our luggage and then park in our designated parking spot. We stayed for a long weekend and never even used our car again until we left. Would definitely stay again. St. Joseph is a unique town and worth the stay.

"Great location! I was able to park my car when I arrived and never needed it again during my stay. Everything downtown was within easy walking distance, making it a perfect spot to explore the area."

This is an awesome place, very clean, quiet, and spacious. The rooftop deck is nice, with great views, but too hot during the day in the summertime. The one thing to know is that, while there is parking, it is a block away and not easy to haul all your luggage if there’s no spot directly in front of the building. We were able to pay to park in front while unloading and loading, so it worked out great. The location is GREAT! Walking distance to the main street with shops and food. Not a bad walk to the beach either if you don’t mind walking up and down the hill. I would highly recommend this place for its cleanliness, location, and great communication from the owner.

Awesome anniversary trip! This property is so close to everything we love! Walking distance! The apartment was very clean. Parking was a breeze. The property owner was very easy to contact and very responsive. They really thought of everything to make the property homey. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Great experience! The apartment was conveniently located in the downtown area - super walkable to restaurants, shops, everything. We ended up driving to the beach most days just because we had so much kids' stuff to haul with us, but it's only a very short walk as well and then you can avoid paying for parking at the beach. The parking spot provided for the apartment was great and just a block away. Communication with the host was excellent - they provided very clear check in and check out instructions and they even replaced the coffee pot for us same day when we told them it wasn't working right. Super clean and quiet place and well equipped with everything you need. Another lovely stay in St. Joe, which is always one of our favorite summer getaways.

The house was so welcoming, I loved the living room fireplace and rooftop deck the best. The location was perfect to enjoy a walk along the lakefront and explore all the cafes and shops which are right around the corner. It’s the cutest downtown, I’d love to come back soon!
