It is a nice pool, the community is great. Our cleaning staff is the best. We have been so fortunate to have them work for us the past 3 years.

No ocean view due to trees, long walk to beach including beach front work making a beach a waste of time. Rude Horry county ticketing too easy and metered parking is limited. what a waste spending most of our vacation JUST finding parking.

I’m sorry you did not have a great time. Our community has free parking and I provide the parking passes. The walk to the beach is just a half block down the hill. We do have trees around the deck making a nice secluded spot to sun bath.

Great Condo!

We had a wonderful time. We really enjoyed the pools and hot tubs. There was a lot to do with in walking distance of the condo.

Fall Golf Tournament

The condo is in a great neighborhood, and within walking distance to several beaches. It is also situated within minutes of some outstanding restaurants and shopping outlets.

Post Hurricane Stay !

First time renting Brads condo and will definitely be back again ! Brad was so accommodating With the threat of the hurricane during our week ! Location was awesome - close to beach and several local bar and grills!

Great location to the beach, shopping and dining.

This is the 2nd time staying in this unit. The condo if very roomy and clean. We had a great stay and the location of the unit is perfect for what we like to do. The walk to the beach is short and the dining and shopping are close by. We will stay again!

Vacation 2020

This was my boys and my first vacation in 7 years. The place was super nice, clean and had everything we needed. Perfect location! Not looking forward to leaving.

Great stay

The location is great! We were able to walk to the beach from the condo. Super peaceful. The residents of the condo were very friendly. The owner of the unit was very responsive to any questions we had.

Beautiful place

Beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. 6 min walk to the beach. 4 min drive to all the stores you ever need and 10-15 mins to the boardwalk. Great neighbor hood

Great Place

Prperty owner is very nice and the condo is in a great location. Walking to the beach was great and loved Flip Flops resturant. Had live music every night and great food. Was a woderful stay and my daugter and I look forward to stayiny again. Jimmy

Excellent Stay

Stayed here in September 2015. The condo was in excellent condition with updates as noted. This is our 4th time staying at Shipwatch Pointe and this is the by far the best condo we have stayed at within Shipwatch Pointe. The owner, Brad was great to deal with and timely with responses. We will definitely rent here again.
