The location was great so close to the lake. Everything was clean. A couple small things need to be updated but our family had a great time. Thank you Tim for everything.

Great place to stay

Owner was fantastic throughout everything. The house was clean and had so many things for both the adults and kids to do. Very impressed and highly recommend!

Very nice and clean house

Great house by Twin lake. Walk distance to lake. The house are very spacious and all furniture are very good and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood and very safe. The owner is very responsible. Will come back. Strong recommend.

Great house and location

Our family if 12 enjoyed the house. Lots of space and lots if games to keep the kids occupied. We felt the best thing about the house was it’s location. It is close to the beach , a boat launch and a park . The grandkids especially enjoyed fishing from the pier and swimming at the beach. We were there during the week and found it very easy to social distance during the Covid pandemic. We had a great time!

Horrible experience. The host would call every 5 mins and not leave me alone. The air conditioning in the house went out for 2 out of the 4 days we were there and the temperature of the house reached 87 degrees. He blamed me for touching the thermostat and said that because I messed with the temperature the system is down. He has control over the temp from his phone and was constantly messing with it while we stayed there but blamed me for touching the thermostat. We had to go out and buy fans in the middle of the night to keep from over heating not to mention we all went down to the basement and slept on the floor because that was the only colder place in the house. Before checking out we cleaned up and straightened up the house the way we got it minus doing the beds(host told us not to do the beds because he will clean the sheets), I FaceTimed the host to show him the house and he was very pleased and thankful, but a day later he called me and said that we left a couple wrappers of bacon bit packets behind the bed and was very upset about it. This host is way to involved in the stay and did not leave us alone. Made the stay very uncomfortable and inconvenient not to mention way too expensive!

Wonderful accommodations! Top corner room was warm due to summer weather however box fans were provided and everywhere else was VERY comfortable. It was not a defect, it is just summer in WI. Host was helpful and available. Property came with many amenities. Beach was a 2 min walk down hill - clean and very fun! Chairs and toys provided by host. We were there 5 nights and wished we hadll stayed longer.

We contacted our host multiple times to ask questions about the VRBO and the surrounding area. He was always responsive and eager to help. The house was so spacious and comfortable. The kids were thrilled with the available toys, the air hockey game, the pool table and the foosball table. The beach was so close and the kids enjoyed digging in the sand. We made all our meals in the well-stocked kitchen. Thanks for a great time!!

Perfect for our group

The open layout of the house and all the amenities (i.e., games, outdoor grill, huge garage) were perfect for our group. While the house is not directly on the lake, we took advantage of it's close proximity. The owner was very accessible and helpful before and during the stay.

Tim has a great home here.

We really enjoyed our stay here near Powers Lake. This is a really nice, large house that fit our family very well. Nice yard and Excellent location, near the beach and boat launch. (No boat parking, you have to pull out each night.) We had a little issue with cleanliness but Tim was very responsive to any issue or question that we had. You will enjoy your stay here.

Good place to stay if you have large family or company with 10+ people

good stay, nice fishing and beach near by (2-3 min walk) It does have 3 security cams that we had to unplug and I let the owner know that this needs to be communicated ahead off time to the renters

We enjoyed the togetherness. The accommodations were more than adequate .

Unfortunately we will have to look for something that caters to the handicapped. Too many steps and showers were rather small to accommodate my husband.

Excellent home owner

We had a wonderful stay! My brother is 6’4” so the small hallway shower was quite small for him. Other than that we enjoyed the large kitchen/family room tremendously.

A wonderful house with an amazing owner/host

Tim is such a hands on property host/manager. He reached out to me well in advance, and we had a great conversation on the phone. Prior to arriving at his amazing house, he gave me lots of great suggestions and tips for what to pack and not pack. While there, he gave suggestions for restaurants, places to visit, the best corn in Wisconsin, etc. We were in contact throughout much of my trip. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. My family loved the house. It is huge! All the amenities for adults, tennis and children. Thanks Tim!

Everything as advertised

House was perfect for our group of 10. Layout was great. Rooms are large and the 5 bathrooms are something you rarely see in rentals. Short walk to the beach for swimming and fishing. Owner was extremely helpful before and during visit. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Get-Away

We had a wonderful vacation and would recommend to others! We had our 5 kids (ages 17-20) with us and we had things to keep us busy all the time, whether we were at the beach, downtown Lake Geneva, or just hanging at the house. The house was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the nice backyard and games. Tim was great in helping us plan and stayed connected during our stay too, whenever me we needed him. We would definitely like to stay again!!! 😊

Memorial Day Weekend

This was a great spot to have a mini vacation at. Quite and friendly neighbors with a beautiful lake view! I would highly recommend it. Tim was also extremely great and quick to answer our questions.
