- Rosemary Beach Community is a 9-minute drive away but we recommend exploring by bike, you'll be there in less than 15 minutes!
- Alys Beach Community is just as close on bike - 12 min or less.

Where you'll rest ⇨
- Primary bedroom: King Bed with large windows bringing in the natural light, plus a ceiling fan and en-suite. En suite features a double vanity and walk in shower.
- Guest bedroom: A second King Bed with ceiling fan and coastal beachy blues throughout.
- Bunk room: 1 Twin over Twin Bunk Bed and Twin with pull out trundle. (Sleeps 4)

Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles at the townhome directly in front of the garage door. There is also space for 1 smaller car in the garage. There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 23.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
