Rental notes: The main renter MUST be at least 25 years of age and be staying at the house with their party for the entire stay and must be willing to sign the Legal Rental Agreement. Also, anyone in the party that wants to drive the LSV (low speed vehicle) must be at least 25 years of age, provide a photo of their valid Driver’s License, up to date auto insurance card and email addresses.

Family perfect

Convenient central location for 30A beaches and restaurants. Owners have thought of everything for a family vacation including golf cart, all the beach accessories, bikes, board games, and even a binder with detailed information for all the area beaches. Very clean and well maintained. Highly recommended.

AMAZING!!

This property was stunning, the neighborhood was perfect for a family. The Rouse’s were very thorough with the instructions and expectations. Amazing condo!

Absolutely loved this condo! Everything was clean and it had everything we needed. Golf cart, bikes, and beach gear were a huge plus! The kiddos loved them! Jump on the golf cart and go hang out at The Hub or ride down to the beach. Everything is really close! The owners are the sweetest people and thought about everything you could possibly need. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Wonderful Getaway

We had a great time staying at Costal Breeze over Labor Day weekend. The property was clean and had all the amenities needed for a great stay at the beach including golf carts, bikes, and beach gear. Beach access was nearby as well as plenty of great spots to eat.

The perfect place

Great House and Amenities

It was great to a have a full kitchen with pots, pans and other basic necessities to make dinner for the family. The house is good size and comfortable for the four of us. The other amenities provided; beach chairs, cabana and coolers was nice. My daughter loved riding around in the golf cart.

Great Place & Location

We enjoyed our stay here so much! Everything about the place was so cute and perfect. I loved all the tiny details and decor + the amenities. Amazing stay

This was our second time staying at this rental property and it was just as nice and accommodating as we remembered. The rental is fully equipped with everything you need and spotless upon arrival. The property is also centrally located between Seaside and Rosemary beach. Very easy to get around to all the different nearby beaches. The owners are also super responsive and gracious. Cannot recommend this property enough!

Beautiful and comfortable place

From the communication with The Rouses to the home itself, everything was wonderful! The place felt new and well kept. The beds were comfortable! The home was spacious and the decor was fabulous. We enjoyed the extras provided such as the beach toys and the golf cart. Only negative was I wish the golf cart had been electric instead of gas, as the the gas cart was very loud. Can’t really complain though since it’s awesome they include it in the cost. Overall, loved our stay here and very much appreciated all the info and extras provided.

Great Stay for 3 Nights!

Great beach stay for part of our spring break this year. Great communication from the owners and helpful with suggestions for the area! Also, fully stocked for a day at the beach, including golf cart. One of the reasons we chose this place to rent! Would definitely recommend for a family of 4!

Home Away from Home

What a wonderful week we had at Eric and Aleisia’s beautiful home. The condo itself is even more beautiful in person than the pictures. It was immaculate and had everything we could need for the week. Having access to the golf cart, bikes and beach supplies was everything. Prominence is located in the middle of 30A. It’s a pretty quiet part of the strip which we really appreciated. It was so easy to ride over to Rosemary or Seaside when we wanted the action, but then return back to our oasis. The beach access that was .5 mile away was so beautiful- Deer Lake I think. It wasn’t crowded and it was easy to park the golf cart. Aleisia was so wonderful to work with- communicative, attentive and helpful. They made it a breeze. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Wonderful stay!

This gorgeous home was newer, exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. Everything was just as described and pictured! Eric and Aleisia were kind, amazing hosts and had great communication and provided helpful details. Location was central to everything in the 30a area. The bikes and golf cart were a huge bonus and proved to be very useful. The many extras like beach chairs, towels, beach wagon were appreciated. We hope to be back again soon!

Most amazing place

Absolutely loved our stay! It was our first time to 30A and loved every bit of it. The house had everything you could need from bikes, to the golf cart, beach chairs and a bunch of beach toys for your littles. The owners provide a lot of information about the area which was very helpful. Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay at the Coastal Breeze. The property is centrally located between Seaside and Rosemary. Very well appointed, literally stocked with all the essentials. Not to mention it was spotless and even still had the new house smell. The beach supplies were much appreciated along with the golf cart. The owners were very responsive and gracious. Highly recommend this rental!

First Family vacation

Outstanding Experience

We had an amazing and relaxing week at the property! Reviews steered us in the direction of this booking and the previous comments from guests were spot on! Aleisia was so responsive to our inquiries/questions and every detail of the condo was so thoughtfully considered! We enjoyed early morning beach time, down time during the afternoon, and grilling poolside in the evening. The golf cart was super fun to take to the grocery store and nothing could beat crab hunting at night! My standards for cleanliness are admittedly high and this condo was indeed immaculate! This sure helped to promote relaxation! Thank you Eric and Aleisia for making the property available. It truly provided us with a wonderful breakaway!

Great Location and Great Accommodations

This condo sits perfectly between Seaside and Rosemary Beach across from The Hub. There were no surprises on the what was communicated with this property and it was great. Good communication and instructions and the golf cart, bikes, and beach equipment being a part of the rental was a massive positive and blessing. It was great and we'd stay there again without hesitation.

Week stay at Coastal Breeze

Coastal Breeze was perfect for our trip and the house was immaculate. Since the beaches aren’t within close walking distance, it was very nice to have the golf cart to explore different areas. An added bonus is that everything you might need for beach is included. Our beach days were amazing with the cabana, chairs, etc…Great place!

Great first visit to this area! Location was great for walking, riding, & near food & entertainment!

Renting this property was truly a great experience! Very professional and accurate with all information. We are a family of 5 and had lots of great space to hang out. The balcony was so peaceful too! All beds were comfortable, the kitchen came in great use, and we got good use of the bikes as well!! Would totally rent from The Rouse family again and hope to be back in Florida someday!! Welcome to Coastal Breeze. We are the owners Eric & Aleisia Rouse. We live near Louisville Kentucky, home of the Kentucky Derby. I am an inside sales manager for GE and Aleisia manages our rental properties in Prominence. We’ve been happily married since 1984 and have two grown children. Our son, Austin, is a Bank Manager and he and his wife Meghan, an Administrative Assistant, reside in Louisville near us. They have our first grandson, Luke (6). Our daughter, Lauren, is a Physical Therapist and lives here in Louisville as well.
Our family has been vacationing in the Destin Florida area for more than 25 years. About 8 years ago, we discovered the 30A area and immediately fell in love with it. We really enjoy the laid-back environment and breathtaking beaches the area has to offer along with the multitude of bike trails all up and down 30A. Riding bikes is something our family really enjoys doing together.
It’s been our passion for many years to purchase a second home near the beach and now we have our own little piece of 30A! God has truly blessed us in so many ways.
