Built in 2024, central AC, IMMACULATE private home, sleeps 6 - 4 bedrooms with 1 full and 1 half bath. - NEW salt water hot tub for 6 people and patio/fire pit installation summer 2025. Screened porch fully furnished. Quiet Sebago Lake neighborhood, restaurants, hiking, ice cream, shops close by. Portland Maine 35 minute drive. Quick 3 minute walk to sandy beach and picnic area shared with 3 other homes.
Lots of room to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a large King loft. Living room is on the main floor and a large family room with a sectional sofa is in the lower level with a large 60-in TV Great for watching movies.
Bedroom one on main floor has queen bed
Bedroom two on main floor has full size bed
Bedroom three in lower level has two twin beds.
Bedroom four in loft has a king size bed.
Bathroom one is on main floor with a tub and shower.
Bathroom two is on lower level with a half bath and washer dryer combo.
Fully stocked kitchen and a grill on the deck off of the kitchen.
The screened-in porch has chairs and a comfy couch and a table that seats eight on the other side of the porch.
The home does not have a dishwasher.

Dog ok with approval and pet fee. Hiking, restaurants, ice fishing minutes away. Skiing is 30 minutes away at Pleasant Mountain.

Wonderful location with a very responsive host. Only critique is that the upstairs bed creaks loudly and was not very comfortable for us, but with four bedrooms there's a lot to choose from. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful property and great location. Host was helpful and available. Home was clean and like new inside with all the amenities you need. Loved sitting on the front porch, around the fire pit at night and in the hot tub. We also enjoyed having the 2 kayaks and paddle boards available and the short 3 minute walk to the lake! Pictures are exactly how it looks. Will definitely book again and you’re sure to enjoy your stay if considering.

Our stay was amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Home was spacious yet cozy. Loved it and really enjoyed use of the kayaks and paddle boards. The host was so nice and accommodating. We hope to be back next summer!

Great property near Sebago Lake. Super clean and all the beach toys and accessories available. Check in process was smooth and the hot tub was a great amenity!

Jill's lake house is underrated. There is a lot more to the new, beautiful house sitting on one of the most gorgeous lakes in New England. Yes, the lake was absolutely amazing to explore, fish in, swim in, and gaze at. Yes, the house gave my family a chance to unplug, break out board games, connect and bond. But, the neighbors are welcoming and friendly. One family happily greeted us just after we arrived. Others gave us helpful advice. The surrounding area of Standish and Sebago, Bridgton, and Gorham are true communities. We made quick trips out to local markets and farm stands for treats that cannot be found in big box stores -- homemade coffee cake, blueberry pie, maple syrup, fresh fruits and vegetables, and more. Jill gave us a list of things to do, but those suggestions are only starting tips. Her lake house is perfectly positioned. Aside from being local to many charming towns, it is only 30 - 40 minutes from Portland and an hour from popular tourist destinations like Freeport and Kennebunkport. The most important factor to keep in mind while making a decision on where to stay in Maine is Jill. She took good care of us to ensure our stay was as delightful as possible. She has an attention to detail, making sure the little things that matter are addressed. If you are looking for a place to enjoy Maine with those you love, I cannot think of a better property.
