We enjoyed our stay. The bocce court was by far the biggest hit! Great location, close to a public beach and boat launch. There was ice cream, shopping and restaurants in walking distance. The house was well stocked with games and things for outdoor activities which was great for the spacious yard. We would definitely recommend staying here, we hope to come back another time!

Lots of space both inside and out! Kitchen is very well stocked, lots of games inside and out for kids and adults! We enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly stay again!

We had a great stay! We wish we could stay longer! There is plenty of yard games, including a great bocci court! Comfortable living room to just hang out, and a great kitchen! We definitely will be looking forward to our next trip to Maine!

The house was great! Comfortably fit 5 adults and 3 kids. The house and property surrounding is beautiful. We stayed in the winter but imagine in the summer it's a blast. SO much to do right on site (yard games, etc). There was snow when we arrived, but everything was nicely plowed and shoveled. The kids got to do a little sledding down the hill on the side of the house. Kitchen had anything you need. We cooked up a storm. Tom, the host, was very responsive and helpful. He was quick to respond when we ran into some trouble with the stove top. Lots of games and puzzles to enjoy if stuck inside. Great place to stay

Great house/stay very close to Naples

We just stayed at this house for a wedding nearby. Highly recommend. Number of reasons: location is excellent--you can walk to town within 5 minutes--off the main road just a bit which is what you want. Very modern, architecturally-interesting house--large windows, three bedrooms, well-appointed, large kitchen. Very interesting grounds--has a bocci court, outside seating area, and well-manicured lawn. Spotlessly clean. Quality bedding--mattresses and pillows. Well lit, easy to find, host was terrific.

BEAUTIFUL ACCOMMODATIONS

We attended a VFW state convention in the area and needed accommodations for 9 adults. The property management was very helpful and the checking in and out was as easy as it could get. The property was very well kept & house was spotless upon arrival.The house was just as listed but even better. The list of ammenities that is conveniently layed out for you is amazing. From the beautiful patios layed out around the property to gather together or have some private time to relax. The house had nice spacious rooms and bathrooms. It was set up with countless games and activities for indoor and outdoor fun & games to entertain families with children as well. We would give our experience with our stay at this property greater than a 5, its definitely an all around 10! Thanks for making our trip to Naples one to remember.

Gorgeous Maine rental walking distance from lake

Gorgeous property, top of the line kitchen and house is well stocked. Beds and pillows super comfy. Nice large dining table and sink in marshmallow couches. Big fluffy bath towels, face cloths, kitchen cloths, etc. plush carpets, hardwood floors, big open space for entertaining. Major comcern was lack of air conditioning units in the house, temp in house was 82 degrees and that was with the ac units running nonstop. No ac units in the two bedrooms on main floor, just floor fans. The two ac units provided for the main floor were not sufficient and owner/property manager was made aware of this concern. Temps finally fell on day two in the evening which offered relief as we opened windows and temp in house finally began to lower. Weber outdoor grill was great. Loads of comfortable outdoor furniture in the shade. Lake is walking distance. Nice beach items and other fun stuff in storage room for use by guests.This would have received a 5 star rating had there been sufficient air conditioning. 82 degrees is not acceptable especially when one of the guests was elderly. Another guest in her 70s had a difficult time sleeping because it was too warm in the bedroom.

Hi Margot, appreciate your honest feedback. The issue with insufficient ac has been rectified with the addition of another unit. In the off season we plan to relocate the units including adding in the bedrooms. I’m happy you enjoyed the property, you are welcome back anytime.
