Great location, great house!

It was a really great experience. Perfect location, great amenities and the rental process was amazing. The property management was available at all times and made the stay super enjoyable. All around great experience!

Lovely house in a funky, beachside neighborhood. We loved being able to walk to the beach every day. There is also a nearby bus stop for easy access to other parts of the city. The house is beautifully furnished. Kitchen well equipped. We liked having balconies on two floors and a front patio area.

Mission beach getaway from the heat

We had a great time at this house. It was perfect for our needs. Lots of stairs but that is in the listing good to get in a little cardio 😜. Property was just as listed. Will stay again.

House was great!

Not a single complaint regarding this rental. Everything was exactly as advertised and the communication with property manager and staff was top notch. I will definitely use them again for my next trip! Highly recommend!

Loved our stay. We were in town for a quick 2 night stay with 4 teens. Proximity to the beach was amazing! The space and layout of the house worked really well for our crew. Loved the beach gear! Chairs umbrellas and towels were much appreciated. Beds were comfy and the area was so nice and quiet at night. Thanks so much

It was wonderful!! Better than I expected.Well stocked,clean and perfect location.I loved my private room and bathroom on top floor.Lots of privacy.Two car garage was great for company stopping by.I will definitely book this one again.

Very good stay super close to the beach

The house is large and comfortable. Very new in everything and filled with everything you may need for a relaxing vacation. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, everything is available.

Fantastic!

The place was great- right by the beach, good sized garage, kitchen had everything needed, and comfy rooms. The property manager was very responsive- there was no beach umbrella and they brought one by the next day.

Mission Beach Magic!

This property was fantastic. It was very clean and offered everything and more that was advertised. It was just steps from the beach and many other amenities and had lots of beach toys to use as well. Cindy was a gem to deal with and we had the best time. Check-in was a dream and I would highly recommend this property and hope to return.

Enjoyed our stay so much!

We really enjoyed this property. We’ve been staying in mission beach every year for a week for years, and this place was fantastic! Every necessity you could need, including a wonderful little welcome package. Everything was so clean, it’s like like it wasn’t even close to the beach- no sand at all! Plenty of towels, fans in every room. We were missing a plug for the bathtub and it was provided right away. Excellent service and so friendly. Keep in mind that there are a lot of stairs here, so it’s not perfect for the elderly or people with really small kids. We’d stay here again for sure!!

We enjoyed the stay. We loved how the house was close to the beach and everything was nearby. House was clean and had all the things we needed. We will defiently book again.

Great location for lots of fun!

My family and I had an amazing vacation. We were steps away from the beach which was perfect because our family of 5 includes two boys and a 5 month old baby. It was easy to pack up everything we needed and take a quick stroll down to the water. Cindy was an amazing host and made the rental process, including check in and check out, incredibly easy. She also recommended a few places that we really enjoyed. The beach house was perfect - if we needed it, it was there. The kitchen was stocked, the towels were soft, the grill was ready for cookouts, and the boogie boards were waiting for us in the garage. It was a short, fun walk down to the boardwalk where we grabbed an ice cream, hopped on a roller coaster and had lots of laughs. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat. We never wanted to leave.

Cozy Condo on Jerset Court :)

We just returned from a 2 week vacation to San Diego and we loved working with Cindy in helping us with our beach rental! She was fast, friendly and very accommodating. This was a second time staying at Jersey Court and it was perfect for our family! It was very clean with nice décor, bedding, towels and new kitchen supplies! It's just steps away from the beach and has a fenced in patio with a gate which was perfect for our young boys! We look forward to staying here again working with the property manager Cindy in the future!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation at the Jersey beach houses. It was a perfect set-up for our large family. We rented both houses and had the patio to share. Cindy, Property manager, was very attentive and responsive to our needs the entire stay. The homes were clean and had many amenities. Very convenient to beach with having little one and lots of beach toys to cart down each day. Would definitely recommend staying at the Jersey houses and looking forward to next year.

SUMMER VACATION 2014

Thank you to the staff at VRBO -- our stay was great. We were able to arrive a few hours early and they place was just being finished for our arrival. There were a few thing s missing but the staff was right on it and was able to get the items to us in a quick and easy process. We had an issue with the dryer not working -- they had a professional out in a couple hours to look at and at least get it running for us -- he did return 2 days later with the correct part. Also, on a Sunday evening we had an issue with the garbage disposal -- it was late but when I contacted the staff they ended getting someone out there late on Sunday evening to repair the garbage disposal. It was great customer service and it didn't hinder our stay. I would strongly recommend VRBO when looking for a property to vacation in. IT WAS GREAT!
