Great house, plenty of space and steps to the sand. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance!

Great location to beach, restaurants, and shopping

The property location was fantastic but inside this property it needs lots of attention. Oven and garbage disposal needs repair, only shower doesn’t drain properly, batteries for fireplace needed replaced so we did it ourselves. Blinds and front screen door doesn’t work properly. Beds were comfortable and washer/dryer a plus. Time to replace the skillets.

Amazing views

We loved the location, and the best part of this house was the views to the beach. I was not even concerned with the inside and hanging out inside. I did love that we had a full kitchen and was able to make breakfast in the mornings. Dinner on the patio was another amazing thing. The place was a little bit dusty and overlooked on some places, but that still did not deter me from loving this house. The beds were super comfortable. There was plenty of towels. I love that we had a washer and dryer in the house. Our dog had an amazing time there as well. We definitely will be back . Dixie was so amazing with her communication and help.

Great Location!

The location of this property is perfect! The floor plan is nice for this home. Upstairs is updated with very comfortable beds and nice bathroom. The downstairs could use some new furniture as it is very dated and worn - the downstairs could also use some painting . Overall great stay!

Excellent location and floorplan

The location here is excellent, just a few streets to restaurants, bars & Mission Blvd businesses but just far enough away from the noise & traffic they generate. The beach and boardwalk are literally steps from the front patio. The kitchen is spacious and modern. The family room area is a little tight, but it's an old house. There is a small but functional half bath on the first floor. The upstairs is very spacious with a big bathroom. Our kids slept in one of the front bedrooms but used the big back bedroom as a hangout spot in the late afternoons and evenings. We've stayed in many different places in Mission Beach, but this is the first time we've had a garage. It was a huge plus. We drove a Jeep Commander and although it fit with a bit of room to spare, I would NOT attempt to park anything larger than that size vehicle. (A Jeep Grand Cherokee is about the same size.) Also a plus: the water softener and tankless water heater were huge features. You don't think about these until you take a shower and notice the difference in water quality. The property was very clean and Jules was super communicative and is a great property manager.

Great location!

The location is great!!! The house was perfect for 8 adults and a toddler. The pictures posted accurately depict the house and did not disappoint. Please note the garage dimensions provided by the owner, it's important since parking is hard to find in the area.
