We only stayed one night while on a road trip further north. It was great for us with plenty of room. The place was very clean and there were several small, nice touches throughout the house. The host was attentive and responsive

The yard was weeds and dirt. The neighborhood seemed sketchy. The beds appeared to have been slept in previously with little twigs and dirt in them. There was a dirty used towel hanging in the bathroom. I couldn't get them to respond to my concerns.

The previous people that stayed prior to us didnt leave the dishes in dishwasher, host let us know, they were extremely nice and hospitable.

I really enjoyed staying here. They had everything I needed in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Instructions to get in and out were clear. I had no issues.

Overall the host was very good at communicating with us, very quick to respond. I would like to note for any guest considering to stay at this home, the description of the home is accurately listed. What falls all the way at the bottom, is that a door is locked in the living room area that goes down to where the residents of the home stay. You do not have direct access to the backyard, you have to go out the front door and enter the backyard from the front of the house. The residents also staying there didn't bother us after we figured it out, but there are small children, and we understood that, they are kids - just a little noisy. I would also include that while there is no cleaning fee, there were hairs every where. My husband found them in the bathroom along the baseboards and in our sheets. He didn't feel comfortable sleeping in the bed, so the couch was where he stayed.

Would have loved if the fireplace was working. There was a sign saying it was closed for the season however, we were there in January and it was rainy and cold...seemed like the perfect season. We has a dog with us and couldn't figure out how to get to the backyard. There was work being done on the drive way and no instructions. You can hear the tenants that occupy the basement - no a real problem but their television was really loud. The beds were nice and loved the extras that the host provided. The communication was good. Thought the price was a little high for the house/location.

We had a pleasant one night stay for my family of five. Three bedrooms with four beds was great! Comfortable beds. Cleanliness did leave something to be desired, especially in the living room. There was a problem with the tub drain, but host said they would address it after we left. One suggestion would be to have a source of fresh, filtered water other than what comes from the tap. Overall, positive stay.

The outside of the house looked like a drug house. There were wild weeds growing up at least 3 feet tall. The whole yard was dead. It was very unkept. The interior of the house was nice. But there were no towels or rags in the kitchen and no paper towels to clean up messes with. Those things may have been an oversight, but the yard was completely neglected. First impressions do matter.

This was an excellent fit for us, centralized to a lot of the things we were doing. I really appreciated how quickly the host got back to me when I left my phone on the table and had locked the door. This was one of the nicest rentals I've stayed in.
