Be one of the first to stay in this newly remodeled townhome with a private hot tub, only accessible to you! Located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of Millcreek. Near restaurants, bars, grocery stores, shopping stores and Sugarhouse Park. 15-minute drive to Downtown and 30-minute drive to 4 ski resorts! Feel at home with the 4 bed - 1 King + 1 Queen, 2 twins, 2 baths, and modern amenities like fast WiFi, Prime Video and Netflix apps on the TVs.


The space
Enjoy a soak in the hot tub located in your fully fenced and attached backyard both for your exclusive use. Our hot tubs are serviced daily sometime between the hours of 9 am-2 pm. Please don't leave pets unattended in the backyard during these hours.

Yard just needs to be mowed, otherwise everything else was good. Comfortable beds. Wish check out was a bit later, but would stay here again. Would recommend! Very close to Westminster and dog friendly!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive. Was perfect for our family (two kids 16&11).

Appreciate we could bring our dog as we were in salt lake for a specialty vet visit. Very clean & was perfect for our needs. Slight hiccup getting into the house as our info from VRBO had the wrong unit but the host returned my call immediately & it was resolved quickly. Highly recommend this unit

The rental was tidy, clean, comfortable. It is located in a quiet area. The location provided easy access to all areas of Salt Lake City/area to explore. Shopping, restaurants, and parks were nearby. Kay was quick to reply to messages, answer questions, and respond to needs. My daughter’s dog did well with the fenced yard and quiet neighborhood. My two adult children and I enjoyed meeting in SLC, and staying in this rental.

Floors were not clean. We were told the wrong unit number for our stay so we had difficulty checking in. Early check out time of 10 am didn’t work for us so we asked for additional 30 minutes and were told we would be charged additional 30 for just a half hour. When we paid 280 per night we felt there should have been a bit more accommodation for a mi or request. Hot tub jets did not work.

We booked this property last minute after deciding another place we stayed just wasn’t the right fit, and we are so glad we found it. The host was incredibly communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process, which made an already stressful situation so much easier.The property itself was exactly what we needed; super quiet, relaxing, and comfortable. The fenced-in backyard was perfect for our dogs, and the hot tub was such a great way to unwind at the end of the day. We also loved the location because it gave us a chance to really explore the area as we consider a potential move to Salt Lake City. Not to mention the view of the mountains from the backyard!Overall, this place ended up being such a highlight of our trip, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Welcoming stay

Very clean and neat. It felt welcoming. Very easy to be there. Owners are very kind and responsive. Anything we needed was attended to immediately and hassle free. Highly recommend.

Great Stay with our Dogs

We were traveling across the country relocating two dogs from their old home in Virginia to their new home in California. As expected the dogs had some anxiety with the long car rides and new experiences. The stay in your home allowed them to relax and be safe. The fenced in backyard and quiet neighborhood was just what we all needed at the end of our very long day. Thanks for the hospitality.

Wonderful Millcreek Property

Great Millcreek Townhome close to grocery store and other businesses. Private backyard with hottub. Very clean and fully stocked unit. Kitchen had everything needed to cook meals (without the overflow of extra stuff left by previous renters). Was a short Uber ride to Sugarhouse district (we walked it a few times). Great communication by owner. We definitely will be back!

We travelled with 4 adults to visit my son and girlfriend in Salt Lake - great space to hang out in between outings. Very dog friendly and clean.

Very clean and comfortable. Welcoming for our pets with clean closed yard so dogs could run around after long 13 hour dive! Will use on regular for our journeys across states.

This house was incredible!! It was clean and cozy, and they even had toddler plates and silverware for our son! The hot tub worked so well, and it’s a quiet neighborhood so nighttime soaks were perfect. They had plenty of clean towels and even provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both showers, and the host was so welcoming and kind. We will definitely be booking again!
