Beautiful and Relaxing

We had a wonderful weekend in this spacious and well accommodated cabin. It’s quiet and secluded, hearing the creek running at the back of the property is very peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing family time!

Exactly the vacation we had hoped for. Plenty of space for a family gathering. We spent a lot of time at the house, the kitchen was very well equipped, the fireplace was gorgeous and we kept a roaring fire both morning and night, the property is large and beautiful for morning walks. We hope to come back!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It does not disappoint! The property itself stunning with a lot of space for children to run freely. The house itself is has the cabin feel but with well appointed spaces for multiple families. The kitchen is well stocked and aside from a crockpot that our host was willing to deliver we had everything we needed to cook for our gang. Our host was always prompt to reply to any question or need that we had and is super friendly and helpful. I am sure we will return once again to this beautiful home.

Great for large families!

We had a wonderful long weekend here! The house itself was well appointed and accommodated our large family easily. The kids enjoyed playing in the creek every day! The outdoor fireplace and back porch was highly utilized for s’mores and games. Helen the property manager was extremely communicative and a delight to work with. We will treasure the memories made here for years to come!

Had a great time at this wonderful property! Me and my friends stayed for an extended weekend away to fish and relax. The house had everything we needed from nice comfortable furniture to a well stocked kitchen. The outdoor portion of the property was great, we were able to sit out on the huge deck with the fireplace going and enjoy the night air and enjoy our fantasy football draft. Also the sitting area down next to the creek in the backyard made for great spot to kick back. We were so comfortable we also didn't make it out to fish lol. Our host Mrs. Barber stayed in constant communication and was extremely friendly and accommodating. All in all a wonderful experience and would truly recommend to any looking for a nice get away!

Got together with 6 friends of 30 plus years. We could not have been more pleased with this home. Tons of parking. The layout of the bedrooms is fantastic. The kitchen is connectrd to the family room and made for a perfect gathering place during mealtime. We spent most of our time in the expansive backyard down by the creek and fire pit. This house could not be more perfect for a mountain getaway for a large group. We are already making plans to return. Helen is a great host. Very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We have stayed in many vacation spots and I have to say that this home is my favorite.

Lovely Cabin with Creek

Our family had a great time at this cabin. The home was comfortable and had a really nice layout. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level, 4 bedrooms downstairs with a big open bonus room, and 1 bedroom upstairs. The kitchen and main living areas on the main floor were perfect for our family. There was a large deck overlooking the back of the property and the creek where we spent a good amount of time. In the morning if was really nice to have coffee and breakfast on the deck. The entire property is walkable and cleared. The lawn is well maintained. The creek is shallow enough to walk through it if you have young children that want to play in the water. It is a brisk moving creek with beautiful, cold and clear water - perfect for the summer days. There are lots of oak trees on the property which helps keep the heat at bay. The cabin has a/c units on the main floor and downstairs so we were able to adjust it for each sleeping area. This is a quiet cabin located just a little off the beaten path, but also close to downtown Ellijay (15 minutes away). The Roof Restautant is great and we also visited a small Mexican restaurant (The Catrina Tacos and Margaritas) - both in Ellijay. We recommend both. We also visited Ruby Falls one day (1.5 hour drive), white water rafting at the Nantahala (1 hour 45 minutes away), and Ruby Falls (35-45 minutes away). Our family loved staying here. The icing on the cake was the property manager Helen. She was responsive and very kind.

Helen was incredibly responsive and promptly replied to our messages. We encountered some issues with the outside deck bulbs, but she diligently attempted to resolve them during our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely return in the future.

Great place for our family (12 adults, 2 children) to gather for the week. Beautiful property--the expansive grounds and creekside access were a huge bonus! Kitchen is well-equipped. Lots of parking with nice paved area near the house. Plenty of space for gathering. Highly recommend!

Beautiful spacious cabin with comfortable living spaces, decks with lovely views, and every item needed for an amazing stay! Host was a great communicator and timely responder to all inquiries. We would definitely stay here again.

This was an amazing house and property! We stayed at Rolling Waters Lodge for a long weekend with friends to celebrate a 50th birthday. It was the perfect place for our group. The house was clean and well appointed, beds were comfortable, amenities were great (including nice shampoo and conditioner). Bring the Wi-Fi name and password with you in case you don’t have reception there. The twin room is great for children but a little too small for adults, although we did have one adult friend who didn’t mind :-) The property was beautiful…the photos don’t do it justice. Lovely and peaceful outdoor areas to sit and drink a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Host was very communicative before, during and after our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend the lodge for large groups of friends/families and would definitely stay again!
