My family spent 12 nights at the property and it was perfect. My daughter and I shared the larger suite, and my mom had the room next door. We spent time every morning on the balcony having coffee together and it was a 5-7 min walk from the casino to our room, which was perfect. The rooms were fully stocked, and so clean. Starbucks right downstairs, and you can even order ahead on the app. The pools were close, and had plenty of chairs. We will be staying here again the next time we are in Vegas.

This was a lovely, clean and quiet property with close proximity to the strip/MGM facilities. We especially loved the complimentary access to the MGMs pool/lazy river and the ability to cook a few meals. Cindy was also very quick to respond and pleasant to deal with. Thank you for letting us stay at your property Cindy!

This is an excellent property and the owner is fantastic. She responds quickly to emails and is highly responsive. The only problem was with the hotel that despite my presenting my contract and receipt showing my reservation, they did not have my stay in their system. Thankfully, I reached out to the owner who got the issue resolved. Other than that hiccup, my stay was wonderful!!

We were impressed with the rooms, especially it’s up on the penthouse. There were six of us and it’s way bigger and declines and the place is very secure. We will go back again to this place. It’s a very very nice penthouse.

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was as described, and the host Cindy was very responsive to our queries. Getting to mgm grand casinos and the other casinos on the LV strip was super convenient. We definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet place yet close to all the action on LV strip.

We had an amazing stay at the MGM Signature in Las Vegas. The suite was spotless, spacious, and exactly as described, with comfortable beds and a beautiful view. Having a full kitchenette and extra living space made a huge difference compared to a standard hotel room. The property felt quiet and secure, yet it was just a short indoor walk to all the action at MGM Grand and the Strip.

2nd time staying here and it’s perfect!

We had a great stay. The pool is fantastic and the suite had a great shared space with a balcony to hang out. Also love the proximity and short walk to the casino, while having a more laid back vibe.

Great location with access to many amenities

Wonderful place to stay with a group of friends for the weekend. You have access to everything the mgm complex has to offer while having the space of an apartment instead of a hotel room. Such a fun time!
