Gated Private home with a separate second floor 3-bedroom apartment that is perfect for your escape to Detroit or business trip to Motown area. With a queen bed, king bed, and adjustable twin bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The property also features 2 bathrooms with shower, hair dryer, & flat irons, as well as a cozy living room with a sofa bed. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washing machine, WiFi, and AC during your stay. Private deck for dining al fresco or sun bathing, as well as walking path, fire pit and hot tub are additional features to make your stay more enjoyable. Book now and enjoy everything this wonderful apartment has to offer. Perfect for working nomads, travel nurses or insurance claim temporary housing. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and baking staples as well for so the health conscious and gourmet chefs booking our place.

I love helping people especially when it comes to their personal development. My adult kids each have their own residences and that leaves my mom and I with 4 empty bedrooms in the main house and the whole apartment over the harsher garage. I love hosting and breathing life into the property. My children tell me all the time, that I've never met a stranger. You will definitely feel welcomed at our property. I will always be friendly and approachable. I am respectful of guests choice to not interact and will follow guest's lead on level of social engagement. I love to workout, painting, practice archery, watching movies, traveling and find new adventures to embark on.
Por qué eligió esta propiedad
This was my maternal grandfather's house that he lives in over 20 years. My former husband and I bought the ranch house in 1999 from grandpa, renovated it to a 6 bedroom 2 story brick home added an attached garage and that's where the space for the 3 bedroom apartment comes into play. I'm a DIY and HGTV kind of girl. I have been in this home for 25 years and want to keep it in the family. Hosting allows me to be able to take care my mother and pay down debt. For me hosting is a win-win scenario. I hope you will choose to call our home your temporary home where you'll feel welcome and comfortable.
