The property was really clean and very well stocked. It accommodated our family of 7 really well. We love the pool/hot tub area. We don’t have anything negative about the place we stayed in. There was construction going on in the into next door, which made for loud mornings but that was not the property owners fault. Overall we were very pleased.

Great location and right on the path to the gondola! Beds are comfortable. King bed makes it a little tight in that room but nice to have a big bed.

Phoenix 221 was a lovely unit in a fabulous location on the mountain. There were a few concerns on arrival, which related to no air-conditioning in the main bedroom, which was listed on the description, and the living room blinds were not operational. But the Retreatia staff was very responsive and made attempts to correct the issues. The unit was very clean and well appointed! We would stay again!

Amazing location. Walkable and so close to the ski mountain. Amazing property. Wonderful and cozy! We had everything we needed and loved our stay so much.

Very nice unit with a great location. It was well-appointed and well cared for. The unit had a garage, and the spas, pool, and sauna were great. We would definitely stay here again.

Great unit, property and location

Unit was clean and updated. Had amenities we needed. Great location - walked to slopes - and convenience of shuttle service a game changer.

The blinds over the back door are broken. The dishwasher is missing wheels on one side and smells like it needs cleaned. We found some old dried meat on the floor behind one of the beds. Otherwise, the place was clean and worked well for our needs. We loved how close it was to skiing. Maybe consider teflon pans and more dish soap.

Great Location and Quality Accomodations

It was a great location just minutes from the base of Steamboat. The free shuttle service anywhere around town was a great feature as well. I wish I would have had clearer instructions on check-in and know who to access for basic questions. The information provided was mostly Retreatia numbers but they immediately directed me to the front desk of the property which was confusing. Also our ceiling started leaking significantly in the kitchen ceiling which forced us to go out to eat. There was also not great responsiveness when looking for help on an urgent issue. That put a damper on the weekend but otherwise great stay!
