We stayed here 7.18-22. 95 no AC. Thus, all windows of the unit, had to be open. The Windows all face a main street that is 10' away. The noise from the cars, trucks and buses was continuous from 6 am to past midnight. If that wasn't enough add in Construction Equipment, and the associated Construction from not only the Complex we were in, but two complexes directly across the street which began at 7am and lasted until 6pm. It would have been very helpful to know that there was no AC and the amount of Construction going on before trying to schedule a relaxing vacation in Steamboat.

We appreciate your note about the lack of air conditioning and will review the listing to make sure the absence of AC is clearly stated. Construction and street noise are often beyond our control, but we should disclose ongoing nearby work when we’re aware of it; I’ll have our operations team investigate the timing of the projects you described and update the listing and guest information as needed. This is the best rental I've stayed in. The beds were comfy and the size of the bedrooms was great. I liked that we could park in the garage and enter into the ground floor where the bedrooms were located. The layout that had our kitchen/living room above our bedrooms was ideal since there wouldn't be any noisy upstairs neighbors. We were able to enjoy both the hot tub and sauna. The pool looked inviting, but we didn't have enough time. Usually, I can find fault with rentals that claim their kitchen is fully stocked. But this one truly had everything we needed. There was a rack of spices, cooking oil, vinegar, toaster, instant pot, instant hot water kettle and multiple sets of dishes. Often places have 4 forks, 4 cups, 4 plates etc...but this place had multiple sets, flatware, and glasses. I liked that there was a bathroom for each of the bedrooms and then one upstairs. We were very close to a pricey grocery, ice cream, sandwich place which came in very handy. We also ate at Apres Burger. The grocery stores were within 5 minute drive.
