Your off-street private parking area is adjacent to your cottage, after you enter through the gated estates.

Indoors: You will enjoy the incredible views from every room in the cottage, and indoor living room includes a sitting area with comfortable sofa (converts to a top-of-the-line Queen Perfect Sleeper – a portable screen is available to enhance privacy when used as bed, if desired), Entertainment Library with books, games , free secure private Wi-Fi, flat screen television, blue ray player, I-pod speakers, and comfort items, as well as upholstered chair. Candles are provided, (battery operated, as live fire is disallowed in the area). Yoga mats, even portable air conditioning and extra heaters available if needed beyond building insulation and insulated tinted windows are available.

Your dining room is between the living room and kitchenette. It includes a table with 4 upholstered chairs, and is next to the large windows with amazing ocean and nature views, as well as the door leading to your private deck.

A large custom desk/work-surface is set on a raised wall separating the bedroom and the living room. At 7’ long, the space is ample for paperwork, creative projects or however you wish to use it – and it sets up or drops down as you wish to use the space. There is filing/storage space for supplies as needed.

Just two steps up from your living room, your comfortable bedroom is open to the compelling views of the ocean, gardens and nature Presidential pillow-top plush Cal-King bed with luxury linens, fluffy down comforter, and pillows, as well as pillow library are incredible. And no matter where you wake up the 10’ of mirrors will reflect the amazing ocean views. Slip on one of the luxury robes, a pair of slippers and get ready to sink into pleasure and relaxation. Your double large mirrored closet includes extra linens, as well as a combination safety deposit box.

Your full bathroom with tub and shower combo, large vanity and mirrors, dual storage areas with ample large fluffy white towels hair dryer, starter supplies and bath amenities is on the same level and adjacent to your bedroom area. Luxury robes & slippers provided for use indoors.

Your freezer is next to the semi-private laundry room – about 10 steps from your cottage building – and it can be moved to your cottage, if desired post-arrival. Literally everything you need whether staying 1 or 6 months.

In addition, a semi-private gas BBQ with 5th burner next to the rear of your cottage by the semi-private laundry with free washer and dryer laundry in garage. Beach chairs and other amenities area also available for your use.
