PRIVATE ROOM AND ENTRACE offer a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean in a serene neighborhood. Explore Santa Barbara sunrise & sunset from window or the viewing patio. Property is located less than two miles away from beaches and heart of downtown & SANTA BARARA BOWL 15 min walk. The room is fully furnished and includes a full bathroom, cold kitchen with microwave, coffee machine and refrigerator. There is parking space for one car on the property’s driveway. Larger vehicles park on the street.

Wonderful studio getaway sitting above Santa Barbara! Host was gracious and room was spotless, enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the sunset and sunrise! Neighborhood very quiet and lovely!

It is extremely clean and well-stocked with a very nice view. The host was great with just the right amount of attentiveness and offered some good recommendations for restaurants. Enjoy Santa Barbara.

The place was very small but it was meticulously clean and comfortable. The view was unmatched. 5-10 min drive from any restaurant we wanted to eat in and attractions to see : the wharf, the courthouse are two that come to mind.

Had a great stay at this property. With a gorgeous view and a private suite, this listing is a deal for the price. Host was communicative and helped me reclaim a left item, which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend this to anyone with a vehicle that can get up to the area when staying in Santa Barbara.

Very comfortable space and great views of the city, islands, and sea.A little hard to find at first even with Google Maps, but easy and convenient to city and other sights after that.

The property is exactly as described. It's well-maintained and comfortable. It has a great view and location. It's perfect for a couple who want peace and quiet. It's a short drive to downtown Santa Barbara, the Old Mission, the Courthouse, and other attractions. Even Montecito isn't that far. I do want to clarify that the neighborhood is hilly, and it wasn't designed for taking walks. There are hardly any proper sidewalks, so I wouldn't recommend walking to the attractions or anywhere. We rented a car, so everything worked out for us, and we had a great time. Thanks for the wine and chocolates and your hospitality!

Relaxing and comfortable

Three nights was perfect in this accomodation. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom. The view was fantastic. Enjoyed the beaches and sights during the day and was happy to have this to return to at night.

Lovely hill-top stay in Santa Barbara

Our stay in SB was exactly as advertised. We were greeted with stunning views, a clean and cozy space to call home for 3 days. When we arrived, Gregory greeted us with a wonderful smile and the warm welcome set the tone for a beautiful long weekend. The location is a short drive away from all SB had to offer and I would stay here again without question.

It’s a beautiful little studio and the view IS amazing. The outdoor sitting area is quite nice. The driveway is incredibly steep, so I don’t recommend it if you have any type of problems with balance or mobility. It’s easy to take a tumble getting in/out of a car. Overall, I do recommend the property; owner is nice and helped with luggage. Coffee and tea provided along with a gourmet chocolate bar and a bottle of wine. The AC works great. The only suggestion I have is that a small toaster would be nice to have in the kitchen nook.

Beautiful Spot!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Although Gregory wasnt aware of our visit when we arrived he immediately made it ready for us and was extremely hospitable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, it was clean, large enough, and the view was amazing! The only issue i had was my trip was too short :)
