The Tranqui Spot

This property is located on the edge of Fayetteville, close to many NWA attractions. The Tranqui Spot is a dream home away from home to relax and unwind. It’s just a short drive to fantastic restaurants, scenic spots, and all the natural beauty Arkansas has to offer.
The apartment is located above our garage, with a private entrance, giving guests plenty of space while I live in the lower part of the property. The Tranqui Spot features 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 1 bunk bed, giving plenty of room to spread out.
The bathroom includes all essentials for a comfortable shower, and the kitchen is fully equipped for meals with family and friends. Relax and enjoy all that Fayetteville and this cozy apartment have to offer.

Our stay was very nice. The house is very clean and supplied with all your necessities. We appreciated the country surroundings and quietness that made for a restful stay. The Host is very nice and communicated timely and was genuine! We enjoyed the waters and peppermints. Everything went well!

Clean, comfortable, & welcoming. I especially appreciated the bottled water after a long drive for my weekend away. Communication was excellent!!!

Great find !!! We really enjoyed our stay here. Super-Super clean, quiet and very comfortable for sure!!! Great communication w host, everything was seamless . Thanks for the bottles of water and coffee for the Keurig machine too! There’s convenience stores close by for gas, ice, Casey’s pizza etc and a wide variety of different restaurants close by to choose from as well. We will definitely return, awesome value imo, thanks again for the hospitality!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. It’s about a 20 min. drive from UArk campus which was not bad. We would stay here again. Thank you!

This is the second time we have stayed here and both times were great. It is close enough to the University which is why we go to visit our son but it is “in the country” so very nice and peaceful. The beds are comfortable and the apartment is very clean. Would definitely stay again if it’s available.

Nice and clean apartment. While not far from town it is a windy drive in the country to get there. Watch out for deer at night. Other than that a nice place to stay.

Great Garage Apartment

We stayed here to attend Parents Weekend at the University. It’s nice and quiet and private. It’s the perfect size for 3 of us and very clean. Would definitely stay again.

We had a family wedding which meant pre prep and stressOur hosts were very accommodating when we required a clothing rod and hangers. We were able to do laundry and food preparation and had the space we are used toThank you to our hostsIt might be a bit rural for some but otherwise a very nice stay

Okay but will not stay here again

Host was accommodating with circumstances as power was lost for 36 hrs due to tornados in surrounding area. We were moved to another rental. First location had very little cooking dishes, no oven (only countertop small convection oven). Amenities (paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels, and laundry soap) were scarce and had to ask for extra. i’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO And never never had to ask for extra amenities. They were already supplied.Second location, the shower curtain was too short and when you took a shower water was all over the floor. You thought the shower curtain more than you were able to take a shower, not impressed. Beds were uncomfortable but got us through two nights.
