Lovely apartment in an excellent location! Super clean, super comfy. Welcome snacks were so appreciated. Host was very responsive. Water pressure in the shower was glorious! Expectations of guest responsibilities prior to check out were very few (we've stayed at some that are just excessive). We really enjoyed every part of our stay. Would definitely book again!

Everything was wonderful - easy and plentiful parking, great location with easy access to downtown, had the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay!

This property was one of the best I've stayed in. The communication was excellent, check-in process was straight forward and our overall experience was top notch. Location was great and no place we visited was more than 15m away. This place was well stocked, quiet, clean and peaceful. I can't say enough about the property and how much we enjoyed our stay. James was always just a text away and very attentive and responsive. Don't just take my word for it, book it and you'll be excited to leave a FIVE star review also. Thanks James and we look forward to staying with you again.

This was a great place and location. 5 minutes from downtown restaurants and shops. Designated parking, walkway between buildings and the rooftop—-extraordinary!! Very clean , tidy and stocked. The host was fantastic as well. Plenty of feedback and always responsive. We loved it. Will love to rent again one day!!!

Prefect Richmond vacation

The property was just as advertised, and perfect for our family. Great location. Easy drive to most attractions, and walking distance to some amazing food. Highly recommend Croakers Spot.

The location was ideal for our stay! Came into town for a family members wedding and we could walk to breweries, coffee shops and restaurants! Perfect way to spend some free time in Richmond.

Wonderful!!

The townhome was very nice, clean, and modern. It had comfortable beds and the kitchen was decently stocked with necessities needed to cook. We had a nice time and the home was really great!! We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

The house was in great condition. Well decorated and has everything you need. The check in process was easy and there were no issues. Even had plenty of snacks and coffee for us.

Graduation visit to RVA

What a great place to stay with VCU medical’s graduation weekend! We enjoyed walking to Basic City Brewery and a coffee shop, along with accessing the pedestrian bridge across the James River. Relaxing on the top level patio after dark and comfortable beds. Great place to stay with family!

We loved the property! Lots of space, very clean, all the amenities we could need or want. Very close to the convention center for sporting events which was our purpose for being in town. Especially loved having the washer and dryer which worked VERY quickly. Would recommend!!

James was a fantastic host, and this was a great place for our family of 5 to stay for a couple of nights. Parking, arrival, and entry were easy, and the home is very well supplied with amenities that make for a comfortable stay.

Great location! Close to downtown, greenway system. Conveniently located off the I95. Within walking distance to restaurants and a local brewery. In an extremely safe area, easy parking. The home itself had everything we needed and then some. Highly recommend
