Location, location, location. Come enjoy your home away from home in historic Richmond, Virginia. Close to downtown, UR ,VCU and many wedding venues.This lovely, renovated colonial two story home is comfortable & conveniently located. It has four spacious bedrooms( all have closets) with hardwood floors. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds, two other rooms have full size bed .There are smart TV's in 3 of the 4 bedrooms .Plenty of space in rooms that have actual beds & designed as bedrooms. ( there is a nice sleeper sofa on 1st floor if needed )There are two & 1/2 bathrooms. The dining room seats 6 comfortably and there is seating for 2 at the eat in kitchen. Upstairs there is a separate study with a desk. Having grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants within a few miles saves time and effort. The convenience of private & off-street parking eliminates the hassle of trying to find parking "nearby " Security system & nice late model appliances will add to your peace of mind . Throughout many months of the year you will be able to enjoy the outdoor deck and brick patio in the fenced yard that is peaceful & quiet. Excellent and well equipped rental. Clean (except for coffee pot). Quiet neighborhood. Everything worked fine. Convenient access to local shopping and restaurants and a short, 20 minute drive, to Richmond Speedway.

Great house. Great location

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from the University of Richmond. This property was minutes from the school and so convenient. Great kitchen, cozy house. Would stay again.

Perfect spot to stay for the weekend.

We were in town for wedding weekend and this couldn’t have been a better location. So many great spots for coffee or lunch within just a few minutes. The house was just as described in the listing and was perfect accommodations for 3 adults and our toddler. I would recommend to anyone staying in Richmond!

Easter Weekend with Family

Had a great stay! House had everything we needed for my family which included our 21 month old son and 8 year old dog. Josh was more than responsive and made sure our arrival and departure went smoothly. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic Property and Stay

The house, in addition to the number of bedrooms, has a lot of amenities and ample parking spaces. Great location for access to UofR, restaurants, and other attractions. The location is in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. I highly recommend this home.

Great location with grocery store/gas station/train station a short drive away.Roomy with comfortable seating and sleeping.Paper goods/soaps/garbage bags/laundry detergent were provided which was an unexpected treat.Josh is an attentive host. Enjoyed our stay.

We live 20 minutes away should something come up.This is our only property and we pride ourselves on ensuring the house is ready and well stocked. House was off the market for about 18 months due to a long term rental. We are happy to resume offering our house once again for those visiting the Richmond area. We have received great reviews over the years and had many returning guests.

Ample private parking .Plenty of interior space, full sized laundry room.Added 4 HD TV's in 2020/2021.New HVAC units 2020/2021 Trane equipment.Air scrubber system by Aerus installed 2020. New washer/dryer 2022. Guests have found this property to be a great combination of location, features, value and overall experience. Perfect as a central location for family travel sports events held at area venues. Should you need " local " house during renovations or re-location this house often is the solution and can work with you on dates and long term pricing. Nicely landscaped & great for just walking around the neighborhood.This house has been with VRBO for many years and we have received great reviews over a long period of time.
