Location, location, location. Come enjoy your home away from home in historic Richmond, Virginia. Close to downtown, UR ,VCU and many wedding venues.This lovely, renovated colonial two story home is comfortable & conveniently located. It has four spacious bedrooms( all have closets) with hardwood floors. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds, two other rooms have full size bed .There are smart TV's in 3 of the 4 bedrooms .Plenty of space in rooms that have actual beds & designed as bedrooms. ( there is a nice sleeper sofa on 1st floor if needed )There are two & 1/2 bathrooms. The dining room seats 6 comfortably and there is seating for 2 at the eat in kitchen. Upstairs there is a separate study with a desk. Having grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants within a few miles saves time and effort. The convenience of private & off-street parking eliminates the hassle of trying to find parking "nearby " Security system & nice late model appliances will add to your peace of mind . Throughout many months of the year you will be able to enjoy the outdoor deck and brick patio in the fenced yard that is peaceful & quiet. The home is well maintained and clean. It had everything that we needed. A quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything. The home was dog friendly and has a fenced in yard that the dogs could roam freely without any worries. We would definitely come back to stay if we come back to the Richmond area. Would highly recommend this property.

The property is well located and quiet. For our three generation gathering, we enjoyed having four good-sized bedrooms for separate space as well as a large kitchen with an adjoining family room and dining room for shared activites. The large washer and dryer was also a big plus. The host was very pleasant and helpful.

The house was great Stayed for in town for son,s wedding and the house was convenient to everywhere we needed to go. House is on quiet street. Dog friendly. If you ever need that home away from home, we highly recommend.

We loved everything about this property. The location was perfect for our needs, the home was very clean and well stocked, and the backyard was a wonderful bonus. Communication with the host was easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Our host was extremely accommodating and responded quickly to any questions we had. The house was spotless, spacious, and perfectly suited for our family during our son’s University of Richmond graduation weekend.There were walking paths just a short distance away, and the neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The house and host were wonderful! The home was fully equipped with everything we needed, especially when it came to cooking. Josh was very communicative and welcoming throughout our stay. The property is located in a lovely, quiet community. Although we didn’t get to explore the area much, there seemed to be plenty to see and do nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful, quiet retreat for our group of four after busy days spent in the city (not to mention an excellent bargain)! We loved all of the personal touches and how much space we had to spread out. The house was clean and well-appointed, the neighborhood was charming and not too far from downtown, and the off street parking (which easily accommodated our three cars) was a huge benefit. The host was a proactive communicator who made certain that we had what we needed. I would absolutely recommend Josh’s place to any groups looking for a Richmond stay that feels like home!

Spacious house with plenty of room for everyone. We rented this house because of its proximity to everything we wanted. Close to my son and his family, close to the grandkids school, close to shopping and a park. The house is well equipped and comfortable. Josh was great, always helpful and quick to respond if there was a concern. We really enjoyed our stay.

Guests have found this property to be a great combination of location, features, value and overall experience. Perfect as a central location for family travel sports events held at area venues. Should you need " local " house during renovations or re-location this house often is the solution and can work with you on dates and long term pricing. Nicely landscaped & great for just walking around the neighborhood.This house has been with VRBO for many years and we have received great reviews over a long period of time.
