We're truly sorry to hear about the mice you encountered. That's not the experience we want any guest to have, and we'll be reaching out to our pest control team right away so this doesn't happen again in the future. We also apologize for how hot it felt inside during the day. Unfortunately, your stay coincided with a heat wave that pushed temperatures in the mountains to unusually high levels, and we know that made things less comfortable than we'd like.
