Make beautiful memories with family & friends at the beach...

Our home is located in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by nature, and just 1 block to the bay beach! Connect with nature. You can be as active or relaxed as you like. Sun. Sand. Shells. Bikes. Birds. Bay Breezes. Kayaks. Kites. Picnics. If you can tear yourself away, You are close enough to enjoy the local attractions of Cape May and Wildwood. Most are less than 10 minutes away, but try to make it back in time for the most amazing sunsets! Take the chairs/kayaks to the beach and enjoy the show. If you have never vacationed on the Bay, don't rule it out. Cape May is famous for the most vibrant sunsets. (If you have, you know what we mean...)

Our guests will enjoy a clean, bright, comfortable house, freshly painted, with new furnishings. A little beachy, inspired by nature, with a bit of global influence.

The first floor has a living room, eat-in kitchen, laundry area, master bedroom (queen) & full bath, a second bedroom (queen) & another full bath.

The second floor can be used as one very large master suite, or as three separate sleeping areas (queen, 3 twins). Perfect for families traveling with children. There is also a third full bath upstairs.

Outside there is an over sized deck, and a fully fenced yard. Great for BBQ's and lawn games. The gated front porch is also a nice place to relax.

Our home and the bay are pet-friendly. Up to two well-behaved dogs can stay. A pet deposit is required. You can walk your dog on a leash on the bay beaches all year round.

Kayaks & vests are available for use, as well as bikes & beach chairs. And we recommend that you use all of them. Fun!

There is no smoking inside the house, please. But dancing is encouraged!

We ask that you treat our home, our neighbors, the beach & other natural surrounding areas with respect.

Great Location and Dog Friendly

We enjoyed our stay here. The home is roomy and comfortable, and you can walk to the beach at the end of the street. My large dogs were welcomed here too, and they loved their stay as well. Quiet neighborhood and convenient to all local activities and attractions. Maria was wonderful to work with and very responsive. We had a great trip.

Best dog/beach vacation!

The house is spacious, well stocked kitchen, everything we needed: for 3 adults and 2 dogs. 3 bathrooms was a plus. The beach is very close, great for long walks with the pups. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and upscale. The large deck overlooking the yard was very comfortable. Just what we wanted! Maria was anlways available and helpful. Planning our next trip now, and this is the place to stay!!

Perfect family getaway.

Really enjoyed our stay! House was easy to find and was perfect for our family vacation. Nice quiet area. Kayaking was a fun adventure on the bay. Restaurants and grocery store just minutes away. A Home That Has It All

The home truly has everything you need to enjoy a vacation in Cape May. All a family needs are their clothes and food and you’re set. Not having to pack a beach cart, beach chairs, beach bags, bikes, and kayaks made our trip so much easier. If you are spending the week at the bay, the location cannot be beat. Access to the bay and amazing sunsets are seconds away. If you need the beach, you’re about twenty minutes from Cape May and thirty minutes from Wildwood. Our family absolutely would stay again and highly recommend to others searching!

Used the house as a base to learn about Cape May area as we are looking at an alternative to OBX as we have moved North. Not so much in the big houses that allow pets but lots of get away places for smaller number of guests

This was our third year in a row choosing this property as our stay for our family vacation! We love it so much. The home is amazing ! There is plenty to do. We utilized the bikes and kayaks that are there for guests to use! Plenty of space for families! We will definitely be back again!

Fantastic vacation

My family and I had a fantastic vacation at this lovely beach home. I cannot say enough about the convenience of the layout and the amenities. Everyone had a private sleeping area with lots of room to store our stuff. The 3 full baths helped with our time schedules. And, the kitchen had everything we needed. The sunsets were amazing! The location is perfect for boardwalks, beaches and attractions. And, we did it all!

Great location near the bay

My wife, 2 young children, myself and our dog stayed at Maria's property for a week and it was wonderful! The location near the bay is perfect for sunset walks, and the place is clean and well-apportioned. We particularly loved the toy cabinet for the kids, and we made good use of the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys as well. The kitchen is very well stocked with basics, and there was every cooking tool you could need. We loved our stay at the cottage, and Maria was in contact during check-in and check-out to make sure everything was in order and went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again!

Home Away From Home!

We had the pleasure of staying at this very family-friendly house. It's in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the bay. It was the perfect location for some much-needed R&R! We didn't mind the short drive to local attractions. The house provides everything you might need, to include a large fenced in backyard for our pup. We wanted a nice getaway but didn't want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle. This house and location suited our needs perfectly!

Family Beach Vacation

Cape May was a central meeting point for our family (folks coming from New England, PA, and DC). There were several kids (1 baby and 2 toddlers) and two dogs, and the house was perfect. It was child and pet friendly, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from the beach. We found it very well appointed with kitchen supplies, towels, kayaks, etc. We would not hesitate to recommend this house or stay again. The owners also are extremely nice and helpful.

Amazing Way to ring in 2021!

My friends and I rented Maria’s house for a short stay around New Years Eve and could not have been more happy! The house was very clean, stocked with clean linens, and very comfy. We lucked out with some nice weather and were able to walk on the beach and also use the firepit in the backyard. Maria was great at communicating and was kind enough to let us check out late on our last day. Would definitely come back any time of year!

Nice quiet area.

Kitchen fully stocked in equipment and seasonings and spices. Plenty blankets, bedding and towels. Beach near property not the nicest but other beaches in area were great. Lots of stuff to do. Wineries, breweries, whale dolphin watch trips and a trolley we didn’t get a chance to take. Relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Maria was quick to respond to our concerns and questions.

Eclectic bay beach house - fully equipped!

We enjoyed our Labor Day weekend getaway (adults and pets). The owners are fantastic to work with - helpful information in advance, excellent communication and great attention to detail. We thought the house was perfectly described in the listing - FULLY stocked with everything you need to enjoy the bay and your time in and around the house (which is spacious!). Just a short drive to downtown Cape May or Wildwood, which we did a few times. Really quiet, relaxed location (nice neighbors). We had no problems during our stay..

Perfect for Sports Enthusiasts/Relaxing Getaway

This house is situated in a quiet neighborhood and has such positive aura and welcoming/warm decor that we all feel relaxed the moment we walked in. It's equipped with all the essentials and very clean. The owners are friendly, flexible and answered all our questions. After racing in a triathlon event, the house was perfect to just relax, listen to music and build memories amongst friends! It was convenient having a bbq gas grill to cook specific food, we enjoyed the firepit and used the kayaks to witness the amazing sunsets! We plan on coming back next year and hope to make it an annual (reunion) event and stay a little longer.

We are originally from Northeast Pennsylvania and have been coming to vacation in Cape May for decades. We have loved all of our vacations in Cape May whether it was on the beach side or the bay side. We settled on the bay side after enjoying a more relaxed version of Cape May vacations while here. The house has been owned by our family and rented out for well over a decade and has been the location of so many memories and great vacations. We settled on this area because it is close to downtown Cape May, Wildwood and the upper Cape May area. It offers and an affordable vacation with access to the bay beaches as well as a short drive to the downtown ocean side Cape May beaches. Our hope is that you will enjoy your stay and make memories like we have.

The property is a short walk to the Delaware Bay beach. The sunsets are incredible. It is a quiet residential neighborhood with great neighbors. Please be respectful to our neighbors as you enjoy your vacation. Additionally, this property is located near grocery stores, great restaurants and anything you may need.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

I think the property's best feature is the size of the house for what you get. There are 2 large bedrooms on the 1st floor and 2 full bathrooms. The upstairs is an open style floorplan with 4 total beds (with privacy dividers) which makes it ideal for kids. It also has a full bathroom located on the 2nd floor which makes it nice when having a group staying upstairs. You can comfortably fit two or more families in this house. There is also another outdoor shower to clean off from the beach located next to a good size deck where you can just relax and have a drink with friends. It is a laid back version of the typical ocean beachside Cape May vacation while still having access to the great beaches and downtown shopping with a short drive. This house is a short walk or bike ride to the bay side beaches which I like very much. Some of our best memories are playing beach games like Spikeball or Kan Jam on the sandbars at low tide. The kids had a blast and the adults too :)
