Everything was as posted. Very clean, easy to get to. Host replied almost instantly to our questions. Really nice area, close to town. Would stay again if needed to be in Franklin. Thanks Kelli Tom M

The space suited our needs quite well. Great views of the mountains. Remote enough for privacy, but close enough to town. Would choose over a hotel in Franklin any day of the week.

Very comfortable home. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen had a nice supply of dishwater and utensils. Beautiful view and a great location close to downtown and stores.

The house was immaculate and updated. Easy drive to downtown and hiking. We enjoyed our time there and would recommend to family and friends.

This place was absolutely amazing and the views are beautiful with the sunsets. Home was very clean. The only problem was I got a message the day we were going to arrive telling us NOT to use the upstairs shower that caused a problem with 5 people trying to shower and get dressed. We made do but did leave early due to this it was just to much trying to get everyone through 1 shower. It would have been nice for a bit of a refund or something for that inconvenience but nothing was offered.

I am sorry for the inconvenience to you. We recently found out the shower head upstairs leaks and could lead to significant water damage. The jetted bathtub and tub faucet are fine to use. We will fix the leak as soon as possible without interfering with our guests' vacations.

Excellent! Stayed for a long weekend with my wife. The house was very well-kept, well-stocked and comfortable. Lots of bedding options if you have lots of family, but there are only two bedrooms, so keep that in mind. Our host was very thoughtful and helpful, working with us quickly to reschedule when we got snowed out. We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to anyone for a trip to the mountains.

This is our second time staying at the Octagon House and it did not disappoint. It is clean, well-stocked, convenient, and has beautiful views. My best friend and I stayed there with our four young children and there was plenty of space for everyone.

We had a very restful stay. It was very quiet and peaceful but close to everything. This is the second time we stayed here and we celebrated our 49th wedding anniversary. We can't wait to come back for our 50th!!!
