With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, you and your guests will have plenty of space to unwind. This spacious property also features a fenced yard and a bright sunroom. Enjoy amenities like central AC/heating, WiFi, and a washing machine+ dryer during your stay.

We love our neighborhood! We have the best neighbors and are walkable to many businesses like trendy coffee shops, unique restaurants, and bars. Ballard is also convenient to many of Seattle's attractions, like Seattle Center (home of the Space Needle, monorail, Chihuly museum, MoPOP) and Pike Place.
