Relax with the whole family at this comfortable home in the quiet residential Haller Lake neighborhood. The house is located a short drive from downtown Seattle's best attractions and just minutes to light rail, stores and restaurants.

Luxury upgrades include central a/c, Molecule mattresses, Brooklinen sheets & towels and Caraway cookware. The large fully fenced yard with its hot tub and covered dining area is perfect for backyard BBQing and hanging with furry friends.

The house features 2 bedrooms, each with queen bed plus a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room that easily fits another 2 guests. There are 2 Smart TVs, lots of seating in the common areas, separate dining area, fully stocked kitchen with eating or work space, central a/c and full bathroom. The fully fenced backyard has a patio with hot tub and covered dining area. There is an attached garage that will accommodate 1 car and has a full-sized washer and dryer. Additional driveway and street parking available.

A pet fee is required if your dog/s would like to stay with you.

Awesome comfortable property. Clean, with plenty of kitchen supplies. BBQ was clean and worked great. The Hot Tub was excellent, clean, and very relaxing. The beds were very clean and comfortable as well. Close to stores, Town & Country, Costco, Trader Joe's etc. The host was easy to communicate with. Would definitely come back and stay again.

The house was perfect for our little family trip. There was 2 adults 2 children and our dog. They had supplies we didn’t even think to bring to use, and Joyce was the sweetest person during all communication needs. Would definitely book again!

The house was exactly as described and gave me a great place to relax after long days at work. The hot tub was a lovely touch and my pups enjoyed both the fenced front and back yard when my husband brought them to visit. I travel a lot for work and would definitely stay here again

We recently had the opportunity to stay here for several weeks due to medical treatment received in the area at Fred Hutch.The location of this home relative to the Fred Hutch North location (approximately 5 minutes away) and the fact that it allowed pets were the greatest draws for us, given that we had daily treatments to get to. It was also very convenient to several grocery stores, including Sprouts, Fred Meyer, and Safeway.Communication with the host was easy and as frequent as needed, with no issues at all.Overall, the property was clean, with the exception of the floors, which I believe were hastily vacuumed and mopped, or not mopped to the level of cleanliness we're typically accustomed to. When we played with our small dog on the floor the first couple of days, our pants got dirty just from sitting down.The neighborhood in general was fairly quiet, with the exception of the next-door neighbor, who had constant foot and car traffic throughout the day.The kitchen would be fine for a shorter stay, but if you're planning a longer visit, having more cabinet space for dry food storage would be appreciated.

This is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. It was impeccably clean, stylish, and beautifully appointed with luxury linens and everything you'd need for a truly comfortable stay. The welcome guide was easy to use and thorough, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. Great communication from the host as well.Highly recommend!

Lovely Stay

Location had easy parking and two fenced yards. Everything inside was clearly marked and organized. It was super clean and we felt at home immediately. We will definitely stay here again!

Hosts are amazing! Best communication I've ever had during my stay. Joyce goes out of her way to make you feel at home and to help make your stay the best experience ever. The property is extremely clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this getaway location. If we travel back to Seattle, this is my first choice for a place to stay! Clean, comfortable, with everything I needed. Simple check-in. Loved that both the front and back yards were securely fenced for my two dachshunds! QUIET neighborhood that was easy to get in and out of. Very responsive hosts. Would definitely stay again!

Overall Fantastic place to stay, Good location, the house was very clean, Quiet and Comfortable. We had everything we needed including many little extras that were provided, made our 7 day visit very easy and stress free. The driveway easily parked 2 cars. The fenced yard was very nice, private and a fun place to enjoy time with our dog. The Hot tub was perfect to relax in after exploring Seattle. Great gas Grill and covered Gazebo.My family really enjoyed staying at this home. The house was appointed and Decorated very Tastefully The beds were extremely Comfortable, my wife just ordered the same brand pillows and sheets for our bed at home! Would absolutely stay here again, Great communication with the host. 5 star Experience All the way.

The space was clean and comfortable. Our toddler enjoyed the open living space. The kitchen was well stocked and there were many additions that I appreciated such as hooks, a spot to put luggage, plenty of seating. A good size backyard and front yard that were fenced which was great for the dog. I also appreciated that there was not a long list of tasks to do prior to check out.

Well appointed, clean and comfortable

This was a business trip and in lieu of staying in a hotel I wanted something more private that had laundry and place that I could cook my own meals for the week. This home was clean bright and fresh and I highly recommend. I will definitely be staying there again on my next business trip into Seattle.

Great Stay in Josie’s Guesthouse

We booked this house to celebrate our son’s graduation from the University of Washington. It was a great home base for the weekend’s festivities. The close proximity to the Shoreline Light Link rail station made it super convenient to get to Husky Stadium. The house is cute and clean. It had everything we needed for a great stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again or recommend to others.

Lovely house in a great location

This house was perfect for our family- everything we needed was provided, and the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils. The check-in and out process was easy. It was great to have a back yard!

Very comfortable, well-equipped home in a really convenient location for Shoreline and Edmonds. The hosts were very good at communicating with us. The fenced front and back yards were great for the dog. We had a lovely time.

Family Getaway

Perfect house for our family of 4 and yellow Lab. The house was very clean and well decorated with plenty of seating and comfortable beds. We were close enough to the city where we caught a ball game at T-Mobile park. We’ll definitely be back.

Highly recommend this property

This property was a dream to stay at. Very clean, organized, and easy to navigate. You can tell the owners take pride in their house. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to. I would highly recommend this house to anyone staying in the Seattle area.

This guest house was purchased with hospitality in mind and inspired by our dear pup, Josie, who was a friend to all she met. For those of you who are new to Seattle, you are in for a treat. I moved here in 1996 and fell in love with the city and surrounding area with its mild temperatures and proximity to water, mountains and rainforest. My husband grew up in the area and has lived here all his life. We have wonderful parks, hikes, winter sports, restaurants and wine just minutes away plus Seahawks, Mariners, Sounders, Storm, Reign and now the Torrent and Kraken (their practice facility is in the neighborhood). Maybe the Super Sonics soon?!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

I love the Haller Lake neighborhood because it is very residential - mostly single family homes so it's quiet. It's close to light rail, UW Medical Center - Northwest, Northgate and tons of shopping. There is also Haller Lake itself which is a very close place to swim, paddleboard or float in the warm months.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We love this little house with it's big fenced yard! We are continually improving it and adding more creature comforts but all of our furnishings are less than 3 years old. We added brand-new Molecule mattresses, Brooklinen sheets, towels and bedding and Caraway cookware. If you plan on cooking, there is a fully stocked kitchen with every appliance and utensil you could possibly need! January 2026 - hot tub now in service :)

Since we are dog lovers, we made the house dog-friendly and have provided a dog bed, crate, food bowls, cookie jar with treats and a toy or two. And, of course, we love to host so if you need something, just ask!
