We had a great stay. The house was super clean. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and quick. We really appreciated all the beach items in the garage, it made our days by the water so much easier. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! The house was spacious, spotless, and beautifully organized. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, making it warm, comfortable, and perfect for families. Our host was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and on top of every detail, making sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality. The property was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed as a family of 13. Close to the beach, ice cream shops and any other amenities. The owner was wonderful when we had a tiny glitch. Pool was wonderful - great consistent temperature.

Our trip to Tampa/Largo was made by our stay here! The beautiful home was immaculate, extremely spacious, brilliantly located for what we got up to, and was perfectly presented. There were toys for the kids to play with, a pool table for the grown ups, loads of beach gear we could use, and the pool was a major HIT for all! The way the house is laid out … Grandma Bobbie and Uncle Chris had their own wing, the kids had their own side of the house, and Mom & Dad got some peace on the master BR side. Perfect!A mile from beautiful beaches, the house was in a dream location for daily trips to the coast. We enjoyed our trip so much, we‘re debating making this our annual holiday getaway! Thanks so much for everything - it was so much fun!

Loved our week here! The house was clean and spacious. The pool was warm, and the outside area comfortable. We loved the location by the nature preserve, it was a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to walk down to the beach and strip to enjoy the hustle and bustle when we wanted to. Would definitely stay here again if we came to this area!

We have rented a few houses in Florida and this was by far our favorite. 13 of us in house, plenty of room and bedrooms. Pool was great for all the grandkids. Definitely would like to come back again.

Everything we needed was there. Just like being in our own home. Plenty of space to enjoy being with extended family while also allowing separate spaces to get away from extended family. Would definitely stay here again. Host provided excellent communications.

Great Property

Fantastic property for a family gathering. Quiet neighborhood, wonderful pool, spacious common areas, comfortable bedrooms, closer walk than it seems to the beach. As long as you're not looking to throw crazy parties, this is an incredible property.

Perfect Home for A Reunion

Our group of old friends gathered at Turtle Cove for a 4-day reunion, and this home was perfect. We always ends up gathering in the kitchen, and this big open kitchen was surrounded by a bar with nine stools, so it was plenty comfortable for all of the cooking, talking, and toasting that we wanted! The adjacent family room and billiards room were also fun. Definitely the best layout for a friends' reunion that we have ever had.The owner was easy to communicate with and very receptive to the couple of suggestions (more stable bar stools and better clothes storage in the bedrooms) that we gave her.

Wonderful home, pool not as warm as we would of liked.

The home was great. It had everything we needed. The pool was a disappointment. The pool uses a solar heat pump. When we were there the outside temperatures were in the 60's and 70's during the day. Because it is a solar heat system it couldn't warm the temp of the pool enough to keep it warm. The pool was cold. The home had everything you needed, plus lots of extras like beach chairs beach toys and a wagon to bring beach items to beach. Toys for the kids in the bedroom. The pool table was a nice extra. There was a really nice nature park within very short walking distance that we enjoyed. Very clean home with everything you needed.

Our family group really enjoyed our stay at this rental home! The home is spacious, well-furnished and offers many amenities. We loved the huge kitchen counter, the long dining room table for meals, the huge living room TV, the saltwater pool and the billiard table! The location is excellent - close to 2 grocery stores and the beach. A nature park in back of the property and large foliage on the sides provide nice privacy for the pool and backyard. The host was very helpful and prompt with communication.Highly recommend!
