The sectional pull-out couch comfortably accommodates up to four guests, making it an ideal spot for family gatherings or movie nights. Enjoy your favorite films on the big-screen TV while the electric fireplace adds a cozy ambiance to the room. Two accent chairs provide additional seating, and the open concept seamlessly connects the living area to the kitchen and dining space, enhancing the flow of the home.

The kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals, ensuring that you have everything at your fingertips. The dining table, which seats four, is perfect for enjoying meals together or hosting intimate dinners. To make your stay even more convenient, a starter supply of paper goods and coffee is provided, allowing you to settle in without any hassle.

Retreat to the serene bedroom featuring a luxurious queen-size bed, where comfort meets elegance. Nightstands with lamps flank the bed, providing a warm glow for nighttime reading, while a spacious dresser offers ample storage for your belongings. A big-screen TV adds a touch of entertainment to your private sanctuary, ensuring that you can unwind in style after a long day.

The bathroom is designed for both functionality and relaxation, featuring a convenient shower/tub combo that caters to your bathing preferences. A single vanity sink provides ample space for your personal items, and all linens, along with high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, are thoughtfully provided to enhance your experience. This well-appointed space ensures that you have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Step outside to enjoy the exterior living space, which boasts a hot tub for ultimate relaxation, a grill for outdoor cooking, and seating for four around a firepit, perfect for evening gatherings under the stars. This property offers a harmonious blend of comfort and functionality, making it an ideal retreat for families or groups looking to create lasting memories.

General Information – A full-size washer and dryer are available in the laundry closet. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October – May 15th). Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's entrances. The only cameras being monitored during your stay are the front-facing cameras to ensure guests do not go over max occupancy at check-in. Wi-Fi can be spotty if you are in a rural area. For any cancellation processed in which a refund is due to the guest, there will be a 6% processing fee. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 4 guests, with NO EXCEPTIONS.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don't forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
