Welcome to our stunning 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom cabin, complete with a luxurious hot tub. This inviting retreat boasts a perfect blend of modern and rustic styles, featuring painted white pine walls, 3 steel fireplaces, and a high-end design.

In the gorgeous kitchen, you'll find grey quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a farm sink, and an oversized island. The space even has an operational garage door window that opens to the back deck with a pass-through bar! We've provided everything you need to create delicious meals and drinks, including a full set of cookware, a crockpot, a blender, a toaster, and a coffee maker. However, with so many amazing restaurants in the area, you may be tempted to indulge in a night out.

Relax in the living room, where a wall of windows offers breathtaking views from the cozy sofa and chairs. The floor-to-ceiling fireplace reaches the top of the 20-foot vaulted ceiling, creating a cozy ambiance. With three Smart TVs, you can catch up on your favorite shows or put on a record and enjoy some friendly competition with the board games provided. NOTE: Our TVs are Smart TVs so that you can log in with your account and watch your shows via your favorite apps.

✓Cabin Policies

Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service.

A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, towels, and linens.

Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.

We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.

The fireplace will not be operational from April 1 to October 1.

Furniture and decor are subject to change without notice.

Welcome to the "wasp season" from November to December and early spring! During chilly nights and early mornings, followed by warm days, wasps tend to gather on rooftops in search of warmth. While it doesn't necessarily mean there's a wasp nest in the house, they are essentially in hibernation mode, seeking cozy spots.

Generally, they won't bother you much, but we kindly ask you to keep the cabin doors and windows shut to prevent them from entering. Just a heads-up: there's wasp spray conveniently located under the kitchen sink in case you need it, but do not spray over the furniture!

Stay buzz-free and enjoy your time in the cabin!

Property House and Security Rules:

Maximum Occupancy: 4 (adults, children, 2+). Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without a refund.

A $300 security deposit will be temporarily held on your card during your stay and automatically released two days after your departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. Don’t worry—we don’t believe in holding guests “hostage.” We understand accidents happen, and this is simply a standard precaution.
The deposit will be processed through a VRBO-approved, software-integrated third-party service property management software, via a secure email link. This same system will also be used for communication outside of the VRBO platform, including email and messaging.

✱If your reservation is made more than 2 days before check-in, the system will place a “test hold" to verify the payment method. This initial "test hold" will be released after 2 days of verification, and the “actual security hold” will be applied again 2 days before your arrival, as scheduled, for the duration of your stay.

Parties or birthday parties and celebrations are not permitted, and we need to be informed in advance if you plan to have any of the above events at our property.

For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the second is facing the back stairs cabin entrance. They are 24/7 motion-activated and record video and sound.

No Pets No Smoking or Vaping of any kind No Fireworks Permitted No Parties

Must be 22 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement which will require you to upload a valid government photo ID in order to complete your reservation. Please look out for an email from our co-hosts, The Utmost Host, after you have completed your booking through Airbnb.

Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit.
