This was a beautiful house in a great location in the middle of town. It was a very easy walk to shops and restaurants within Mariposa and the perfect base for exploring Yosemite. The house was professionally decorated and thoughtfully designed with a large open living room- kitchen. The deck on the back was a good spot for star gazing. Host was responsive when we communicated.

Cute and quint place to stay in Mariposa. Beautiful inside and out and hot tub was a plus. Everything you need inside the home.

My family and I spent 3 nights at Jerry and Courtney’s home during our trip to Yosemite. This property was very clean and well cared for. It felt like home away from home. This property was also pet-friendly and our French Bulldogs loved the sunny deck. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit the area. Thank you for hosting us!

Although our stay was short, this VRBO was an absolute gem. The home was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully decorated with the perfect Yosemite mountain-lodge vibe throughout. Every detail felt intentional—from the cozy furnishings and stunning finishes to the Yosemite-themed décor that made the space feel warm, inviting, and unique.It truly felt like the owners thought of everything a guest could need to feel comfortable and at home. The kitchen was well-equipped, the living spaces were cozy and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made it hard to leave.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Yosemite area. A wonderful property and a fantastic experience!

Jerry and Courtney were pleasant and easy to communicate with. Their BnB is so clean, modern and cosy. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly imagine. The hot tub and bathrobes were the icing on the cake. We would definitely stay here again.

Every need was met in this beautifully decorated little house nestled along the main street in Mariposa. The coffee maker, the kitchen, the dish washer. All high end, and well supplied. In spite of its location along the main street, it is so private; sheltered by an exquisite garden, with a little stream flowing. Great outdoor amenities. We spent a day relaxing and then the next day drove up to Yosemite. This cottage is the perfect home base for that magnificent park.

Ease of stay in Mariposa!

Great home right in downtown Mariposa! Clean, comfortable, all the amenities with easy access to Yosemite area. This house was great for my family of 3 and puppy. Nice layout, great kitchen, comfortable beds, easy parking, safe, walkable.

This was by far one of the best properties I have stayed at during my travels. The hosts have literally thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We loved the relaxing vibe and the fact that we could walk to most places in town. The proximity to Yosemite is a huge plus! The hosts were super friendly and helpful and check in/check out went very smoothly. I highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to this region.

We had a wonderful time at this charming home! It was clean, well-stocked, and had all the comforts of home. We especially enjoyed the spa after our visits to Yosemite and the sounds of the little creek as we sat on the front patio. While the home is located on the highway, it was not an issue - it was very quiet and peaceful. It is very obvious that the hosts put great care into creating a comfortable and fun place to stay! We would highly recommend and hope to visit again in the future!

Accommodating

Communication with property mgmt. was excellent. Very helpful and pleasant people. Place was in the middle of town and walking distance of shops and restaurants. Amenities were all there though not enough time to have use them (our days were long visiting Yosemite) even a dog bed and treats in case you bring your furry family member, which my girls thought was sweet ) overall, place was an excellent choice.

Yosemite getaway with kids

I originally booked the house for my mom and I to stay in while I tried to catch firefall, I had two friends and their two kids end up joining us too. Courtney had no issue changing the original booking of two to include the other four. Check in was so easy. The house was located on the main strip in mariposa traffic quieted down fairly quickly and didn’t disrupt our sleep at all. The house was exactly as pictured very well decorated and plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. We talked about coming back next year for a girls trip and trying to rebook the house! Overall a fantastic stay we wish we could have stayed longer!! Definitely recommend this booking for anyone looking to stay close to Yosemite with plenty of amenities!

Great place to stay and within driving distance of Yosemite and white water rafting on the Tuolumne River. The place was clean when we arrived and the check in process was seamless. The host communicated quickly and with great details. The location was great for walking anywhere in downtown Mariposa.
