We loved the remoteness of the property and the facilities were great. Hot tub and pool were lovely after a day in the park. Comfy beds and plenty of utensils in the kitchen along with a nice big fridge and freezer. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you Beth.

Great place to stay. Quiet and away from all the noise of a city. The host was very helpful and easy to get a hold of when you needed something. Loved the hot tub and all the animals and wildlife.

We enjoyed the home, but where disappointed that the spa was not functioning and the king size bed was difficult to climb into, we had to use our ice chest as a step to access the bed. The stove in the kitchen had a burner that would not ignite. Two people in our party canceled so we did not have to use the couches in the living room for sleeping.

I was surprised to hear about the hot tub, as I personally checked it after your departure and found it to be working properly. I wish you had reached out during your stay, as I would have been happy to help troubleshoot the controls or address any concerns. Regarding the king bed, this is the first time its height has been mentioned as an issue in over 300 guest reviews. However, I certainly understand that everyone’s comfort and preferences are different. I also appreciate you bringing the stove burner to my attention so it can be addressed. Very comfortable - from the beds we slept in, to the roomy kitchen table for 8 to the large sectional with space for all of us! Very peaceful setting, quiet, and beautiful surroundings.

My family and I loved staying at this home! The property had amazing views and we really enjoyed watching all the wildlife right outside the window. My kids especially loved the cat. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay!

Great stay in Mariposa

The house and accommodations were great and the owner, Beth, communicated well and greeted us upon our arrival which was very helpful since she gave us some good information about Yosemite, restaurants etc.

This was a perfect home base for our activities at Yosemite. After hiking and adventuring, we were able to come back here, relax, and spend quality time soaking in the quiet and serenity of the rural location. We hope to return for another adventure, soon!

Nice location

We enjoyed our stay! Location was great to access both entrances to Yosemite. We loved the tunnel view as well as driving along the river. The property was very peaceful and had everything we needed.

Very clean updated and well-stocked. About 1 hour 20 minutes from Yosemite valley. We enjoyed our time here.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed this property! Private and quiet. Away from light pollution so the dark skies were amazing! Exactly what we were looking for. It was so sweet to be greeted by Oliver and French Fry everyday. And Eddie the cat was a sweetheart. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Great location for access to Yosemite. Would definitely stay here again!
