The location was great. The clubhouse was such an elevated experience and all of the family loved it there. If you go this time of the year, expect love bugs who will invade your space. But the houses were phenomenal and the amenities were okay. I would suggest knowing that a hot tub is also a spa and you have to pay extra to heat it. The check-in process was very smooth and the host was very responsive at all times. The handyman Elias was great at troubleshooting all of the electronic equipment in the house that had been rearrange and disconnected. I would suggest that they have more remote, so every room has a remote and no one has to share. We did have two rooms where the tV wasn't connecting to be watched. But those individuals just went to the media rooms to watch TV. I would definitely book here again and stay here again. The parking was exactly what we needed for 10 vehicles. In closing, i would suggest the cleaning crew really give more attention to the detail of the baseboards and some of the webs in the ceiling of the bathrooms. But those things does not diminish how great the houses were. They actually renovated 2 rooms into 1 big kiddie palace. In the end, all of my family loved it here and we come to this area every year for our family reunion and having two separate homes for all of the large personalities was exactly what we needed. The temperature in the house was comfortable and we had no complaints. Thanks again to Elias who was an angel and blessing.

Our Family Vacation

We book this property and the one next door. The house was beautiful, but unfortunately to start off the trip I had people waiting outside of the house for almost 30 minutes because the welcome message with the code to the house was not sent to me. after we were in the house, they were just a few general things that we had to go back-and-forth from each house and move such as dishes and knives because there weren’t enough in one house. we could not get either theater room to work in either house even with following the directions left there at the house but honestly the biggest issue I had with the whole trip was the house was set for the AC not to be lower than 74 and someone’s normal house I think that would be fine but not in a vacation house with 25 people in the middle of summer. they did make me aware that windows and doors need to be closed in order for the AC to stay on but even at night with that many people in one house in Florida. It was still hot and in my room the fan would not work, and I did make the host aware of it, but was never sent any kind of fan or the maintenance people ever came out to take a look at it so I basically had to sweat for the next three nights of sleep. Of course there’s always good in bed to places. The house was beautiful bedrooms were clean. The pools were nice. The resort was amazing and very nice things to do around the area but unfortunately, I don’t think I would rent here again.

We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can promptly assist—unfortunately, I didn’t receive any messages from you at the time, or I would have been happy to help. For example, the AC can be adjusted by simply taking the unit off the previous guest’s schedule, and I could’ve walked you through that quickly. The theater rooms are controlled by the tablet mounted on the wall, and I would’ve gladly stopped by to show you how to use them if needed as it’s very easy to navigate. Our check-in instructions, including the door code, are sent automatically at the 4 PM check-in time. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the home’s design, the clean bedrooms, and the resort amenities. Thank you again for your feedback and for staying with us.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a big family and hosts only provides one towel per person so my only tip would be to make sure you bring additional towels so you don’t have to wash frequently.
