Amazing Vacation Villa! Big, Bright, and Fun!! Minutes to Disney!

Thank you so much for reviewing your stay with us. We are thrilled that your family and grandkids loved the home layout, pool, and excellent location. We sincerely apologize for the discomfort caused by the air conditioning issue during the Florida heat. Your comfort is our top priority. Our HVAC technician inspected the system immediately after your departure and confirmed it is fully functional and cooling to template temperatures. We always double-check these items to ensure guest comfort.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review and for choosing our home for your multi-family vacation! We are thrilled to hear that the house was clean, spacious, and perfect for your group, and that the pool and jacuzzi were such a hit. We also deeply appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the minor issues. Your notes help us maintain the property at a high standard, and we have already taken action on them: Beds & Game Room: We replaced the mattress and repaired the game room equipment. Water Pressure & AC: Our maintenance team checked the first-floor shower heads and reviewed our thermostat is functioning properly to ensure everyone stays cool and comfortable. It was an absolute pleasure hosting your families, and we would love to welcome you all back for another nearly perfect stay in the future! If you plan to book with us again, would you like to know about our returning guest discounts, or should I add a note to prioritize extra cooling adjustments for your next arrival?

Thank you for your review and for highlighting that the home was clean and spacious. We sincerely apologize that the pool area and gate check-in did not meet your expectations or match our standard presentation. We take your critiques seriously and have already addressed these issues: Pool Area: Our landscaping team has cleared the weeds from the paver cracks, and the broken gutter has been fully repaired. Gate Check-In: We are addressing the delay with the community security management to ensure a smoother, faster entry process for future guests. We always want our property to match our listing perfectly, and we appreciate you bringing these items to our attention so we could fix them immediately. To help us ensure a better experience next time, would you like to discuss a partial compensation for the pool inconvenience, or should we notify you once we verify the gate check-in process has been permanently streamlined?
