This elegant duplex features 2 beautifully decorated bedrooms, with a plush beds and cozy furnishings offer a perfect retreat. Savor your morning coffee at the intimate dining table or unwind with your favorite show on the mounted flat-screen smart TV. The bathrooms feature updated vanities and tiled showers, providing a touch of luxury for a refreshing start or end to your day.

Guest Access:
Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests’ stay will be provided the day prior to your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, our team would be happy to assist.

Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to visit the Campus. Please note, all fitness classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost. Day Passes are available with required pre-registration via a link that will be shared with you upon booking.

Day pass reservations at The Wonderer for guests of this property are completely free of charge. The Wonderer’s on-site parking lot is a paid lot, however there is free on-street parking in the area subject to availability.

Please note: availability at The Wonderer is not guaranteed without a confirmed reservation. The number of available day passes remains strictly first-come, first-serve. If you plan to enjoy The Wonderer anytime between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly suggest booking in advance to guarantee access.

The Wonderer has a minimum age requirement of 25 years old (unless you're a member, a guest of a member, or receive a special exception from club management).

Nestled in the heart of the Wagener Terrace neighborhood, Hampden Park is a peaceful urban oasis that locals adore. The park features lush green spaces, tall trees, and scenic walking paths, making it an ideal spot for leisurely strolls, picnics, or simply relaxing in nature. With a playground and open fields, it's a family-friendly destination that draws both residents and visitors who enjoy a quiet, serene atmosphere. The park also provides beautiful views of the surrounding homes, many of which showcase Charleston’s iconic architecture.

The DASH trolley is free in Charleston. There are 3 routes, and two of the routes have stops just blocks from this property. More information can be found with the route map on the DASH website.

Other Things to Note:
Pet policy: As much as we love the four-legged members of your family, we do not allow pets at this property. Any sign of pets will incur additional fees.

No smoking is allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is only permitted outside of the property at least 10 feet away please.

Please note that there is a noise ordinance in this neighborhood after 10pm daily, so if you are enjoying yourself please take the party inside and be considerate of the neighbors.

Extenuating Circumstances Hurricane Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during the dates of your stay specifically for the county in which the property is located, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect, and we will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest. We shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued, then THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT SHOULD THE GUEST CHOOSE TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. If inclement weather in any other part of the country or world during the dates of stay prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance.

Great location, very clean, and all amenities were wonderful. For our stay, only downsides were that construction and/or renovations in the upstairs unit. The noise and disruptions were during daytime hours so mornings was dampened a bit. Of note, the window shades offer no privacy so need to be aware especially in bedrooms and bathrooms that do not have curtains that can be closed. The property is wonderful otherwise

Beautiful renovated duplex

This home was perfect for our stay in Charleston. Located just a few blocks from King Street made this home ideal for a quick trip down town, Just to be fully transparent, the home is located in a neighborhood that has some beautiful houses as well as ones that are in terrible condition with some even being boarded up. This seems to be an area going through the revitalization process. The homes in our immediate vacinity were well cared for. We could not have asked for a more beautiful home to stay in for our time in Charleston. It was immaculate and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Stay Duvet was very responsive every time we had a question and they were very helpful when we were seeking recommendations for the area. Please don’t let the comment about the area detour you from this property… I just wanted to make sure you are aware. There were always people out on a jog or walking their dogs and we always felt safe. Also, the local Food Lion was only blocks away making it very convenient for anything we needed. So, go ahead and book this beautiful home… you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent well-appointed home in Charleston residential neighborhood

Fully modernized and very functional; convenient drive from downtown area; neighbourhood has a nice relaxed feel. Excellent home for a family visit to Charleston.

Perfect location for us!

We picked this house based on its location and close proximity to The Citadel as we were in town for my son’s recognition for Gold Stars at The Citadel’s parade. We were able to walk to the campus, and we even strolled around the safe neighborhood with our daughter. The house was very nice and had everything we needed for our stay. We cook a lot when away from home due to food allergies, and this kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The house was clean and well furnished. We would definitely stay here again!

A convenient quiet getaway in a beautiful neighborhood

It was an exceptional home away from crowds, no constant tripping over tourest here. Located in a beautiful, established neighborhood just a couple of blocks from a large quiet park while also just down the street from some of my favorite restaurants, I could have not been happier with my stay and look forward to when my work gets me back to Charleston. Gladly, this will be my home away from home.
